Eine sehr schöne und kĂŒnstlerisch ausgestattete Wohnung, direkt an de Promenade gelegen, mit gutem Anschluss zum ÖPNV sowie mit GeschĂ€ften in Fußreichweite. Die Kinder haben die schöne und originale Kinderzimmer sehr geliebt. Die Roller waren echt klasse fĂŒr die Stadt. KĂŒche und Bad sind groß, Waschmaschine und Trocknen sehr praktisch nach dem Tag am Strand. Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr einfach und hilfreich. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafĂŒr!Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Fenster zur Straße dichten schlecht ab und der französische Straßenverkehr ist selbst nachts sehr laut, laute MotorrĂ€der, gelegentliches Hupen. Also aus meiner Sicht schöne Wohnung fĂŒr die die Stadturlaub machen wollen und nicht unbedingt Wert auf die Ruhe legen.

Apartment was clean, spacious and as listing states within easy walking distance of most city attractions. Decor very quirky, artistic and unique and library was truly magnificent. Shop (Lidl) just 5 minutes away and provisions left in apartment were adequate.In the advice issued few days before leaving, it stated entry can be flexible so, as we had a very early flight we asked if it was possible to enter at any time earlier than 4pm. Unfortunately, the host had a delayed response and when we landed in France they had replied advising only 4pm entry. They did, however allow us to leave bags there which we were grateful for.Also, be aware apartment is on third floor of building with no lift and much construction work going on from early morning in street which apparently will be in progress for some time, so can be a bit noisy.

Property had a lot of character and was in a fantastic location with close proximity to both Nice Old Town and City Centre, and a short walk to the train station for day trips to other locations on the Cote D'Azur.

Ruim appartement op een mooie locatie. Alles op loopafstand: tram, bus, supermarkten en andere winkels, Place Garibaldi, La Colline, Vieux Nice, de haven, restaurants. Uitzicht op de nieuwe CoulĂ©e verte met La TĂȘte CarrĂ©e en M.A.M.A.C. Het appartement is ruim, schoon en goed uitgerust. Hartelijke eigenaar, fijne communicatie. Zoals de foto's al doen vermoeden: verblijven in een kunstwerk.

Appartement Nice

Super séjour dans un appartement trÚs agréable dans le quel on se sent trÚs bien, comme chez soi. En prime, beaucoup de livre et de musique comme nous apprécions! Dommage que les travaux en face de l'appartement ne sont pas terminés et que le Mamac est fermé pour l'instant. Nous reviendrons certainement pour en profiter une fois tout finalisé!

Un lieu surprenant pour un séjour réussi

La dĂ©coration artistique, omniprĂ©sente, donne un cachet unique Ă  l'appartement. Celui-ci n'en reste pas moins fonctionnel et agrĂ©able. Le quartier est certes un peu bruyant mais en haute saison Ă  cinq minutes de l'"hyper centre" de Nice, cela est tout Ă  fait logique. La situation gĂ©ographique est excellente, la montĂ©e Ă  pied jusqu'aux arĂšnes de Cimiez est trĂšs plaisante, de mĂȘme que la traversĂ©e du Vieux-Nice jusqu'Ă  la plage. Enfin, l'hĂŽte est d'un contact rapide et agrĂ©able, faisant en sorte d'accueillir au mieux ses locataires de passage. Je recommande cette location.

unique and perfect for discovering Nice

We were a group of six young adults staying in the appartment and it was the perfect size for us. The kitchen as well as the whole appartment is well equipped and clean. The location is perfect for discovering Nice: supermarket 5 min walk away, beach 10-15 min, restaurants, bars, shops 10 min. The host was very nice and helpful. The whole appartment itself is a piece of art, detailed and delicately designed. I highly recommend to experience it yourself!

Séjour agréable

Nous sommes trÚs contents de notre séjour, nous avons passé trois agréables semaines. L'appartement est trÚs bien situé, proche de la coulée verte, de la vielle ville, et pas loin de la mer. Le propriétaire est super gentil est disponible, il a été trÚs à l'écoute pendant tout notre séjour. A notre arrivé, nous avons trouvé de l'eau au frais et une bonne bouteille de vin au frigo, c'était sympa. La cuisine est bien équipée, et dans l'appart on trouve tout ce qu'il faut, y compris des trottinettes pour enfants, des parasols et matelas pour la plage. On aurait en revanche apprécie un pair de drap supplémentaire pour changer le linge. Seule note négative: nous n'avons pas bien reposé la nuit. Les lits en mezzanine sont sympa pour des enfants mais moins pratiques pour deux adultes, et il y fait chaud d'été. Nous avons été obligés de déplacer le matelas par terre, du coup pas vraiment bien reposé la nuit. Cela aussi à cause du bruit, venant à la fois de la rue et de la copropriété qui est bien convivial mais aussi trÚs bruyante. Mais à part cela, nous sommes satisfaits de notre choix.

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able dans cet appartement pour lequel j'avais eu un coup de cƓur ! Il est spacieux et la cuisine Ă©tait bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Notre hĂŽte a Ă©tĂ© Ă  notre Ă©coute, l'arrivĂ©e et le dĂ©part se sont trĂšs bien passĂ©. Le seul bĂ©mol Ă©tait l'absence d'ascenseur.

Mit Liebe in jeder Fliese und viel Vertrauen an die GĂ€ste

Diese Wohnung ist absolut einmalig, mit ganz viel Liebe, Geschick und Fantasie in jedem Fliesenteil! Sie ist genauso, wie man es auf den Bildern sieht. Hier ist alles ein Unikat: jeder Schrank, jeder Stuhl, Boden, WĂ€nde, sogar die Steckdosen. Die Mosaiken im Badezimmer sind ein Meisterwerk. Wir haben uns wie im MĂ€rchenland gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Wohnung ist im Topzustand. Es gibt hier alles, was man im Alltag braucht. Und sogar viel mehr! Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Ventilator. Viele Spiegel, Leuchter und Steckdosen. WLAN ĂŒberall. SanitĂ€ranlagen sind modern und sauber. Geschirr, KĂŒchenutensilien und GerĂ€te – alles ist da, einheitlich, ausreichend und funktionsfĂ€hig. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Man ist zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten ĂŒberall: am Meer, in der Altstadt, bei der Burg, im Zentrum, am Bahnhof. Noch nĂ€her ist Garibaldi Platz mit vielen CafĂ©s und Museen. Es sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der NĂ€he. Diese zentrale Lage hat auch ihre negative Seite: wie in jeder großen Stadt, ist die Straße sehr laut. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster wird kompliziert. Mit den Rollern ist man noch schneller. Der Fahrradweg ist dafĂŒr gut geeignet. Den Parkplatz findet man immer 5 Minuten entfernt auf dem Platz; nicht direkt vorm Haus. Die Straßenbahn ist auch ganz nah. Ganz netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Der gesamte Umgang basiert auf dem gegenseitigen Vertrauen und gesunden Menschenverstand. Danke dafĂŒr, Jurriaan! Fazit: wir haben jede Minute hier in der Wohnung, in Nizza und an der Cote d’Azur genossen

A very beautiful and cozy place

We spent a few wonderful days in October here. the apartment is a very special and amazing place. It felt like fairyland. We rarely used the very well equipped kitchen, as there are several good restaurants within walking distance. Also only a few minutes away from the apartment is the museum for modern art as well as the oldtown. The sea is reached after a short 15 minutes walk. Our very friendly host also had some good tips to explore the area. All in all a wonderful stay, which was unfortunately only too short (like probably every nice vacation). Thank you very much Jurriaan. We will come back :-)
