We want to clarify here, the following points: - Mosquitos are in Venice! now all year long due to climate change. mosquito bites can occur in both home and public or public transport or on the street. Especially in environments where you stay fast to sleep or eat. There are both in Venice and there are so many other parts of Italy and abroad! sometimes they are more often less. :: what are the remedies or the solutions? We have in our appartment 1- mosquito nets, in all 6 rooms of the house with window 2- all types of insecticide: spray, tablets and liquids for electric speakers, 3- some mosquito electrical tools to fight mosquitos, 3- skin protection products mosquito repellent. When you open the windows in the morning you have to be very very careful ... mosquitoes come home from windows and door!! - Towels are not ours, they are not always the same, they are owned by the agency that supplies them and takes them to washing. The agency is the same who makes the final cleaning in the apartment. We notified them this problem! -The coffee maker was certainly broken by the last guests who used it, we were not warned by anyone and we did not notice! When you told us, we could not come and change it because, as you know, we do not live in Venice and there was not much time to buy it and agree to come to you. We have, however, two other systems for making coffee, but Italian, that is, the moke coffee maker for the gas and then the electrical espresso coffee machine and "cappuccino" e one kettle to make tea (or soluble coffee). Now, however, the glass Coffee pot, of the American coffee machine, has been replaced. We do everything we can to make the apartment very welcoming, but you can not have the perfection!
