Ha sido nuestro cuarto año allí. Como siempre todo limpio y con todos los detalles cubiertos. Volveremos Siempre se puede mejorar, y los que se ocupan del mantenimiento van solucionando los problemas, eso se nota.

Die Lage und die Aussicht aufs Meer sind unübertroffen und wunderschön. Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne hier her. Leider sind nach 10 Jahren, die wir inzwischen bei Ihnen Urlaub machen, die Matratzen sehr durchgelegen, was zu schlechtem Schlaf und Rückenschmerzen führt, wodurch unser Erholungswert leider gemindert wird.

Wieder ein super Urlaub (mit Hund)

Wie jedes Jahr hat wieder alles einwandfrei geklappt. Service, Unterkunft, Lage und auch das Preis-Lesitungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Casa Carmen 3 ist auch eine tolle Wohnung. Im Parque de Montroig ist es, wie vor 30 Jahren, immer noch wundervoll. Auch für den Vierbeiner ein toller Urlaub. Offiziell sind Hunde bis Oktober am Strand dort nicht erlaubt, aber die netten Spanier (inkl. der Polizei) drücken da ein Auge zu -) und so konnte unser Hund morgens auch ohne Leine am Strand rumdüsen. Wir kommen alle wieder! Die Wohnung braucht ein paar Renovierungen, u.a. ist Schimmel an der Decke im Badezimmer und die ein oder andere Bettmatratze solle mal ausgetauscht werden, da diese ziemlich durchgelegen sind. Ansonsten ist alles perfekt!

на пляже у каждого примерно 150-200 кв.м свободного места,даже в выходные, цены в ресторанчике Лапечур почти вдвое ниже, чем в других,Любые проблемы администрация решает почти мгновенно. Отдыхали там 4 раза, все устраивает.

Fijn appartement met zeer goede bedden. Goed verzorgd. We misten wel gebruiksaanwijzing TV. Wifi weigerde soms. Verder alles prima.

Alles, besonders die herzliche Aufnahme durch Carmen und Camillo Lara nach 20 Jahren Pause und das Wiedersehen mit damaligen Bewohnern der Anlage Kleinere Reparaturen schneller beheben, wie z. B. Bad,-WC-Lüftungen, Zimmertürbeschläge, Markise......
