Holiday home made from a ancient medieval fortress in stone, 140 sq. m., holding up to 5 persons with 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and 2 bathrooms. The property has a private swimming pool, large garden, furnished panoramic terrace, barbecue, WiFi and parking and is perfect for small families or groups of friends.

Outdoors and Swimming pool
The property is in a panoramic position and features a small park with cypresses, as well as a private garden with fruit trees, perfect for admiring the view of the surrounding countryside and having relaxing moments in the shaded pergola with a corner with wickerwork furniture. Just under the castle walls and in the sunlight, you will find the exclusive swimming pool with infinity edge, 5 metres by 10 with a varying depth of 1.5-2 metres, accessible from a paved path which descends through the cypress trees. All around the pool is a paved area with with sunbeds, an outdoor shower and gazebo with tables and chairs. The terrace is right outside the front entrance, with an elegant iron and glass table, chairs, a large umbrella and barbecue for outdoor meals. There is private parking outside the property.Interior
The building has 3 floors, with two entrances on the ground floor, one from the interior courtyard and shared with other apartments and the other from the private terrace leading to the dining with fireplace and small kitchen as well as a bathroom with shower. The second floor has a living area with fireplace, sofas, armchairs and direct access to the garden. On the third floor, guests will find a double bedroom, a room with two beds, a single room and a bathroom with bathtub.

Location
The house is part of what used to be a defence tower of the fortress dating back to before the year 1000, which used to overlook the entire Chianti valley, right in the middle between Siena and Florence.

The price includes bathroom (face and guest towel), bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet, water, electricity, gas, final cleaning, baby bed and high chair. Upon request and to be paid for at the house are cookery courses, tastings, hired help, babysitter and an extra bed.
