Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Sylvie, est une hôte très accueillante. Appartement très propre, bien équipé. L'extérieur très bien conçu, au calme. On peut tout faire à pied. On a fait un week-end, c'est génial, on peut partir de l'appartement, avec les vélos c'est top. On regarde vivement cet endroit.

Il y a 6 ans nous avions passé 2 jours à Annecy ce qui nous a poussé à y retourner passer un séjour, Sylvie nous a bien accueilli dans la location dans une partie de sa maison très agréable … beaucoup de balades à faire , de jolies découvertes, juste un bémol beaucoup de monde à Annecy en Août ! certainement plus agréable encore en juin ou en septembre ..merci encore à Sylvie pour ce bon séjour chez elle …très sympa à refaire, À bientôt Françoise et Philippe

Sehr saubere Wohnung in ruhiger schöner Lage

Zu Dritt wohnten wir eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung die wir sehr sauber vorfanden. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und vor allem sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ließ fast keine Wünsche offen, mal von einem Nudelsieb und Eierbechern abgesehen. Stauraum ist auch ausreichend vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit möglich. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Une semaine excellent😁 le lieu est idyllique avec le petit ruisseau et vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Le logement à tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Great location and everything we needed

We stayed here 3 nights to go biking around Lake Annecy and visit the medieval city of Conflans, near Albertville. Madame Sylvie (the owner) lives upstairs and greeted us and said goodbye; she asked us what we needed also, unlike at another property we stayed at that was very impersonal (Guestready) and seemed to communicate with us via artificial intelligence. The place is ideal for a couple or family with 2 small children. They would enjoy the yard, cat, and tortoises. Very near bike path, public beach, grocery store, and bakery. Merci Sylvie!
