House with living room, kitchen equipped dining room, 3 rooms with satellite tv and wifi, 2 bathrooms one with shower and one with bath, equipped laundry, a. to. inverter, central heating, large terrace top chillout area, and lower, more than 1000 m. of garden in which is the children's playground, swimming pool and barbecue, access to housing is prepared so that people with reduced mobility can access without problems, there are 3 accesses, one for people with wheelchairs, also access ramps to the garden and an interior to go to the rooms or to the bathroom.
The house has been completely renovated, but respecting the architecture of Ibiza.
