The Cros de Cagnes is a very pleasant district due to its tourist activity, its animation, its population, and keeps a family and serene atmosphere. Cagnes offers you its own beaches, its castle, its Renoir museum, restaurants, shops, Provencal markets, festivities and fireworks. evenings at the racecourse, cinema and casino.
Less than an hour by car or bus (1 Euro ticket if no change) you reach the Marineland park which offers a magnificent aquatic spectacle and benefits from a very popular amusement park. St Paul de Vence is the sacred place of painters, Grasse famous for its perfumeries offers you a guided tour on the manufacture of perfumes. The small village of Biot shows the work of glassblowers and has an exhibition of very great value. Finally Antibes, a grand city with its old town, its ramparts, its square fort, its Provencal market and its port with billionaire yachts.
Within an extended radius of 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes by car or bus Monaco reigns from the Princely Rock (to see the changing of the guard) over the exotic garden, the rose garden of Princess Gràce the oceanographic museum, the port, the famous swimming pool. Finally Menton and the opening onto Italy. To the west, the magnificent seaside resorts of Golfe Juan and Juan les Pins then Cannes, its sandy beaches and the getaway to the Lérins Islands. At the back, Gourdon, a typical village, offers a breathtaking view over the whole Baie des Anges.
Even further inside, at 1h30 -2 h by car we forget the seaside to access the high mountains (Mercantour park) 2000 - 2800 m above sea level through the incredible valleys of Tinée Vésubie, Roya and Var .
