Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 2 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area (seats 4). Dining room with woodburner. Sitting room. Conservatory.
What makes this property unique
Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio,WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars. Private enclosed rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. Front lawned area. Two small well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pubs, restaurants and coast 5 mins walk. Note: Gated exit in rear garden to river so children must be supervised. Note: Stone steps down to cottage from parking area. Note: Narrow stairs inside cottage with low beam above staircase. Note: Conservatory is accessed by external door. Note: Low front doorway, care should be taken.
