We purchased this beautiful condo in March of 2014 and it came beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! It is located 5 blocks to beach access at the King and Prince Resort and one mile from the quaint village at the pier. This condo has a lot of room with 3BR/2.5 baths, open living and dining area. It has high speed WiFi, TV's in each bedroom and the living area. Porches on back and front, 2 car garage and the best part, your own private elevator located inside the actual unit that stops on each level to unload groceries and luggage and also to be used for those that have trouble with stairs!!! And it's across from the pool!!!

Excellent location, unit was large and very clean, had a great visit and list of things to do and instructions to check-in and out were very useful. Will definitely return if I am able to come back to the area.
This is our 2nd year in a row booking this property and we couldn’t be happier! The location is close to the beach and pool. We look forward to future stays.
The property was perfect for a group of 5 friends visiting the coast for a 4-day birthday weekend! The condo was spotless and so cute. It was centrally located so we didn’t have to venture far to go shopping or to the beach.
The house was wonderful and just as described. The location is close enough to walk (or skateboard as the girls did) to the Village or the beach. We will definitely stay again next time we come to SSI.
This place was wonderful! We had 4 teens & 2 adults & everyone was so comfortable on our week long trip. Just a few blocks from everything St. Simons has to offer. We will defiantly be back!
Great location to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of items in the house to help you start the trip. i.e. toilet paper, towels, extra blankets, spices , salt, pepper, coffee filters, soap…. Nice to have a two car garage.
A wonderfully appointed townhouse with all the comforts of home. Garage, private elevator, are a plus. Dawn was phenomenal in all communication and helping us to feel welcomed to her home on the Island. Great scenery, sunsets in the village, dining, adventure for everyone! Will definitely be back !

Excellent weekend stay!
Our friends/family had a WONDERFUL weekend on St. Simon's Island and loved staying in this beautiful condo. Dawn, the owner, was amazing to work with from the beginning. She is quick with her responses and sent us a great list of things to do in the area prior to arriving on the island. The home was very clean and anything we needed was there for us. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We hope to come back soon!
Perfect place for our weekend. Close enough to walk to the beaches or walk to the lighthouse area of the island (about 15-20 minutes walk maybe). Garage is large enough to fit at least one large truck or suv. Beach towels provided, but bring your own beach chairs.

Super Place
This is a super place on St. Simeon's The condo is comfortable, spacious, very well furnished.
The elevator is super handy for luggage and groceries. It's a great location for relaxation and/or adventure.
The balcony is perfect for morning coffee while listening to the birds in the woods as a gentle breeze blows through. It is also good for small group conversation. We really enjoyed our stay over the holiday weekend at this condo.
This condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was spacious, clean and nicely decorated in a beachy theme. The kitchen had everything we needed even though we did not cook all that much. The elevator was a nice touch for getting luggage to the upper floors. The owners were easily accessible and responded promptly to questions. Overall, it was a great location and we would recommend it.
Nice quiet location very near the beach and village. We appreciated the great beds, the garage and location near the pool. We could not get the elevator to work, but that could have been my operating error. We did not pack a blender or hair dryer as they were listed as amenities. The blender was broken and there was no hair dryer, so unfortunately we had to purchase them. Overall we had a great stay.
We had a great time at this property on St Simons Island. It is very easy to get around to all the places you want to go on the island from this property. Bike, Walk or Car. I especially loved the walking distance to Fiddlers and a Local Brewery. Property was clean with plenty of space for everyone. We met one of the neighbors, very nice guy. The pool is right out in front of the property. This property does offer a garage for you to pull into which was nice. We would certainly rent this property again if/when we go back to St Simons.
Once we found the property and got used to key pads etcetra we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. Three friends ( the 4th was ill and couldn't come) were attending a conference. We had breakfast every morning and at least one more meal at the condo. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo. The layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the 2nd floor and a 1/2 bath on the first were perfect.

The property was overall a pleasant place to stay. A couple of items that could be improved.
The property was clean but the elevator was not particularly so and very, very slow. The bedding could be improved. Not a big fan of all poly sheets. Otherwise the condo was fine,

Stair carpet was dirty, wiped stair rails down some stain type dirt, not the worst we have seen, kitchen sink faucet needs to be replaced, no scrubbing sponge, refrigerator water nozzle and ice dispenser outlets were moldy, did not use, just saying all of this for the owners to be aware! We have stayed in many properties over the years and this is a 3+ in our opinion. NOT for publication just for the owners! Mosquitoes were bad due to location, and standard bed mattress cover needs to be replaced was torn. Property is generally good

My husband and I have been coming to St. Simons Island for over 20 years. We love it so much we moved from fast paced Atlanta to friendly SSI in 2016. It truly is a magical island and our little slice of paradise. We were very excited to purchase this beautiful condo in the best location on the island, the South side! We absolutely love the friendliness of the island. We can't get there fast enough. We are thrilled we can share it with other's.
Why they chose this property
This condo is so close to everything! We don't need a car except to go to the grocery store. We are both avid bike riders and St. Simons is very bike friendly. You could ride for hours on end. The condo is close to both the beach and the Village. You can also walk to many popular restaurants. The location is ideal and we were so fortunate to purchase in this complex. The setting is so tranquil and beautifully landscaped. We think you will feel the same way.
