Beautifully presented home overlooking a lake in a quiet gated community.

Fully air conditioned with the highest quality furniture and equipment throughout

Large 30ft x 15ft heated pool with bubble spa, large deck around with quality poolside furniture, 4 loungers and seating for 8. Deck lighting and pool light means it can be enjoyed in the evenings too. The pool has a safety fence. Pool heat can be added if required.

Light and airy living room, with 50" HDTV with NETFLIX, Apple TV & ROKU package, Bluetooth speaker, seating for 9, overlooking the pool and the lake

Fully equipped kitchen with many extra items - American fridge freezer dispensing ice and chilled water, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer etc. New Stove set

Flat screen TV & ROKU package in each bedroom, with DVD player in one twin room and Sony Play Station (PS2) playing DVDs in the other twin room

ROKU apps are provided for each TV which offer a wide choice of TV programmes, films and music stations. Additionally Apple TV and Netflix are provided in the lounge for free - this gives you so many channels and options. You may also log in to other apps with your personal subscription

Long weekend

The property was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. Very happy with our stay. Local school traffic was the only thing we disliked. Traffic not too busy on the weekends.

Lovely home in nice quiet neighborhood

The house was very nice and in a gated community. The owners were a pleasure to work with and responded almost immediately to any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend 😊.

We had an amazing 3 weeks in your home, thank you for sharing it with us. Perfectly located for all the parks, while been located in a peaceful residential area suited our young family perfectly. The girls (6 and 7) spent all day jumping in and out of the warm pool while we watched on enjoying comfy sofa beds. Then in the evening there are plenty of restaurants around or indeed easy to use cooking equipment at the house. Most of all we love the homely easy feel and communication was always spot on from the owners and the local help in Florida. We can’t wait to return!

Short but wonderful stay

This home was absolutely wonderful! Clean, well equipped, in a nice, quiet neighborhood, private back yard, free long distance calling and heated pool. We had no difficulty with the internet connection or TV, everything was smooth and simple to use. I would highly recommend this home and hope to return again! There’s only one thing I would add to the kitchen and that’s a Kuerig coffeemaker.

Not a vacation

Our stay was ok for what it was for. It wasn’t a vacation, but we were looking forward to using the pool. It was not clean, probably from all the rain from Hurricane Idalia. There were some other minor issues , but it suited our needs. All in all I just think the house needs a bit of updating.

This property is amazing, the home is very well maintained, cleanliness was definitely a 10 had no issues what so ever, the location was perfect I have no negative feedback if your looking for a wonderful get away in a home away from home this is your place our family will definitely be returning for summer of 2023 this home is everything you need for your vacation our family of 7 had plenty of space beds were comfortable pool on the lake was the icing on the cake this was by far our best vacation home, I would highly recommend this home for your stay in Florida look forward to returning thank you so much for opening your home to our family.

A Great Getaway

This is a wonderful place to stay. We loved the pool and the quite of the neighborhood. The layout of the home is great and it really was a treat. The pond in the back yard gives you access to view some birds, turtles, fish, Etc. It really was fantastic. It is a little further down in Kissimmee than you would think so travel time does increase a little when you go places but that's not bad because your out from the business of it all. The master bed was a little old and will need replacing soon. The Kitchen was pretty bare bones as far as cooking spices or oils and such. You will need to bring everything you need to cook except for pans and utensils. Overall I would stay there again. It really was a nice spot.

Perfect for Families! BUT Extra Pillows, Blankets Please!

The rental smelled lemon FRESH and CLEAN when we arrived, but the trash can outside was overflowing from previous guests. My husband did his best to remedy the situation, but that shouldn't have been something we needed to address upon arrival. The location was GREAT! It was an easy drive to Kennedy Space Center, just over an hour, and various Disney adventures were close by. The pool felt secluded and private from neighbors, although we had a cute duck come visit us . As a mom the net around the pool also seemed secure. This house would be great for two families vacationing together. Both the king and queen rooms have fulls bathrooms. Two masters! The house also was equipped for younger kids. My only other complaint, aside from the trash outside, would probably be the mattresses and pillows. The pillows from the twin bedrooms are flat as pancakes. My husband and I also had a hard time sleeping on the master bedroom mattress. There also are not extra pillows. So if you have a full house and someone uses more than one pillow (like I do) you might be out of luck. A few extra throw blankets in the closet would be nice too. (For those husband's who freeze when their menopausal wives are having their hot flashes!)

Excellent villa

We found the villa clean, comfy and well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped, but did struggle with the oven to begin with, but soon got the hang of it. Kids loved the fact that they had Internet and Netflix. There was plenty of room in the pool area with table, chairs and loungers. Fabulous pool, which was checked be maintenance twice during our stay. We also liked that there was a covered area outside where we could sit for shade and even when we had a thunder storm. The surrounding area was pretty and well kept. It was very relaxing and we encountered lots of different wildlife and yes there is an alligator in the lake. Also saw an armadillo (didn't believe my husband until he showed me a picture), but you need to get up early to see it. All the parks are easily accessible from the villa and it was quite nice being that little bit further out from he main chaos, well worth the extra 10 minute journey. The villa was easy to find and we felt very safe being in a gated residential area. There is a supermarket very close where staff were really helpful. Loved the new Disney Springs well worth a visit. Plenty of restaurants, shops and bars and free parking. The villa was exactly how it was described on the website. With regard to customer service, Amanda could not have been more helpful when I found myself in a bit of a pickle with regards to my dates I had booked. So helpful giving me lots of ideas about my trip as we were going to Miami and the Keys. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

A little home from home

We loved the villa for our stay in May 2024, grandparents, parents and our almost 3 year old boy (who would happily have played in the pool 24/7) well kept and bright and airy. Beautiful home. Super Peaceful.

Traveled w family. 2 kids 3 adults. Plenty of space for all +. The property is well secured in a gated community. Parks for the kids literally feet away from the property. Fun girl trip

This was the perfect house for our annual girl trip. The house has a great layout, great pool, and fantastic location. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

We had 2 weeks at Aster Cove and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had a minor issue with cleaning when we first arrived, but this was promptly dealt with - the management team (Diane & Gary) were great, and even dropped round a bottle of fizz to us as way of an apology. They were always on hand if we needed anything. The pool desk is West facing, and a portion of it always gets sunlight (more so later on in the day, which we preferred). The pool was a great size for the 4 of us, which certainly made great use of. The twin rooms were kitted out with TV and a Playstation, which was great for the kids. There is a also a mini pool/ping table which our kids loved! The location is great, just 30 mins from Disney. It was nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle of Orlando. The road is in a gated community, and so felt very safe and secure. Minor quibbles: The pool does face a road, though having driven along it you're not able to see into the pool area so this reassured us. The date for recycling collection in the house book is incorrect, and we missed this on the first week of our stay. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend the villa :)

Awesome vacation

Football Fun

Overall, our stay was acceptable! Price was excellent and owner quick to respond. The property is a bit remote, and speed bumps in the neighborhood got a bit tedious, but overall a nice property that could be better with just a few improvements! Wastebasket and mirrors in twin bed rooms would be nice, as would a hand towel ring/holder in the general bathroom. We had to provide our own toilet paper!! We’ve stayed in other properties and were very surprised when the owner told us this property was a “self-catered villa” and paper was not something they provided!! There also was not any dishwasher pods or soap provided, even though instructions said we should load and wash dishes. Bath towels were provided, but were not plentiful or very thick. And there is no hot tub, even though pictures seemed to indicate there was.

Why they chose this property

We spent many years looking for the right property, It was important to us that we bought a home and not a holiday business where other people holidayed.That's why we refused so many until we found the one we wanted to become ours!
The location and facilities were important and so we did not compromise until we found our home - set in a quiet gated community overlooking a lake on an end plot it is not overlooked.
The open plan design means that we can all enjoy spending time together and the fact that the children's room is at the front of the house meant that we could relax at night when the children were small knowing that they could not sneak out to the pool.
Then of course there was the closeness to facilities and Aster Cove has play areas, a basket ball and tennis court and is close to restaurants, shops and close to Disney and Universal as well as having access to beaches on both coasts.

What makes this property unique

We rented so many villas but rarely rented a home until we had Aster Cove. So we have tried very hard to make sure then during your holiday you will feel that your stay is more like a home from home than a rental villa. We include so many extras, from Netflix and AppleTV to the books, games, cable TV, DVDs and CDs to the pots and pans and all you need to be able to cook at home. We include baby equipment, books, Play Station 2, games and board games for the little ones too as they also need to feel at home.
Over and above that, enjoying the large pool and spa or just sitting out on the large deck and enjoying the peace and quiet is worth it's weight in gold! Enjoy!
