The house is located halfway between Cap Ferret and Arcachon and 800m from the beach in Arcachon and Taussat town baths.

Andernos les Bains 5 minutes by car, 20 minutes to the ocean.

Possibility of a walk in the forest nearby and bike path access to 50M.

The house has every comfort, with:

- Kitchen open to the living room: dishwasher, washing machine, clothes drying racks, oven, microwave, induction, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator / freezer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils.

- A living room with sofa (sofa bed), TV, DVD Player.

- 2 rooms with 2 double beds (one of 160, 140 a), closets, dressers.
