Nice house 78 m2 located in a quiet and authentic environment.

500m2 fenced garden with parking cars.

The house is located halfway between Cap Ferret and Arcachon and 800m from the beach in Arcachon and Taussat town baths.

Andernos les Bains 5 minutes by car, 20 minutes to the ocean.

Possibility of a walk in the forest nearby and bike path access to 50M.

The house has every comfort, with:

Agréable maison avec un bel extérieur, bien placée et avec tout le nécessaire. La propreté en arrivant était approximative et la maison a besoin d’un meilleur entretien : intérieur du lave vaisselle rouillé, la terrasse est sale et pleine de toiles d’araignées, la plaque de cuisson est tombée en panne pendant notre séjour, l’étendoir à linge est à retendre et complètement rouillé, les transats étaient sales, les aspirateurs n’aspirent quasiment plus … on aurait cru rentrer dans une maison non ouverte depuis des mois. Pensez à prendre un bon anti-moustique

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour dans une maison au calme, tout le nécessaire de la maison était prévu. Dommage il manquait un transat et il n y avait pas de coussins. Nous n hesiterons a revenir dans cette location.

Excellent séjour !

Partis pour 5 jours, nous n’avons pas résisté à l’envie de prolonger notre séjour de 3 jours ! La maison est parfaite pour un séjour sur le bassin, très au calme, le jardin, les terrasses sont très appréciables et idéales pour le barbecue du soir après dégustation des huîtres dans les diverses cabanes d’ostréiculteurs du coin. L’emplacement est parfait pour rayonner à vélo autour du bassin, dans la pinède et pour aller faire un plongeon dans l’océan. Très bonne communication avec Soizic. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Maison proche du bord de mer

Maison située dans un quartier calme. Elle aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Le canapé est est inconfortable et l'évaluation de l'eau de ma salle de bain souleve le problème général du bain. Les fossés regorgeaient d'eau noirâtre et pestilencielle. Donc en résumé un coup de jeune pour cette la rendrait olus agréable

Ruhig und doch nicht allein

Ruhiger Ort, viel Platz, nicht zu heiss und kalt. Man kann auch mal dort einen Tag verbringen. Gegessen und gelesen haben wir am gedecktrn Sitzplatz draussen, also auch bei Regen. Der Standort war ideal.

Très bon séjour où nous avons pu profiter de l'extérieur sans vis à vis. Chalet clôturé donc notre petit chien était aux anges. Apporter les vélos car beaucoup de pistes cyclables. Nous conseillons ce chalet.
