Luxurious apartment in a beautiful building with a marble floor, very comfortable. Terrace/ loggia on streetside. There are views of the sea. The double-oriented apartment with 2 bedrooms offers a garden view, new mattresses, a bathroom, a shower room, and a modern equipped kitchen (2013). Collective heating system is available in winter, there is air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom. Typical French decoration with antique furniture, refined paintings, silverware. Modern equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi Internet access, one underground parking space, close to the beach. You can practice nautical sports. There are shops, activities for children, excellent restaurants, lively bars, and much more. The region is very touristic and has many visits to offer. Located very close to the railway station, Nice airport is 30 minutes away.

We felt at Home

Perfect location for exploring

We stayed for two weeks in this lovely apartment. Only a 1 minute walk to the beach or 5 minutes to the station. The accommodation was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was fully equipped and AC in summer is a great asset. Easy access to local restaurants, supermarkets and bakers. We travelled easily via train to Cannes and the Marineland Park (both less than 10 minutes by train). Highly recommend.

Nice, well laid-out apartment steps from the beach, restaurants and the train station. By train you can easily and affordably get to Nice, Cannes, Biot etc. The apartment is very well equipped : there is tond of cutlery/silverware, plates, pots and pans, glasses. The beach is very close: the first part is private, then comes a long sandy stretch of public beach. A supermarket, a bakery and restaurants are close by. The parking garage is very narrow: I have a station wagon and parking it was difficult. There is a maneuver explained in the handbook. If you have a longer car, ask Elisabeth, the host, for instructions. She is super reactive.

Bad Experience

We were in Cannes for work, one week stay. In addition to the rent a 100 euros cleaning fee has been paid but the apartment wasn't s clean, in particular the bathrooms. The shower doors and walls have not been cleaned for a long time. Towels and sheets were included but not the toilet paper, we found a used roll at our arrival together with a used soap bar in the bathroom. We had practically no wi fi in the house, actually the signal is so low that you have to stay 10 cm from the router to get a decent signal, so no wi fi in the rooms, or in the kitchen, or in the living room. We told the owner and the lady whom we met at the check in, but nothing has been done to solve the problem. So we had a full week without wi fi, which was very bad for us.

Außen hui, innen pfui

WOHNUNG: Toll ist die Größe und Zimmeraufteilung und in der Küche ist wirklich alles da. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist sie auch. Leider war es sehr schmutzig. Der Boden war so dreckig, dass man nach 20 Minuten barfuß durch die Wohnung laufen schwarze Füße bekommen hat. Der Kühlschrank war nicht geputzt. Die Dusche und Badewanne war nicht sauber. Der Geruch wird durch Parfumstäbchen übertüncht. BETTEN: 5 Betten, eigentlich toll. Leider sind die Matratzen total durchgelegen. Rückenschmerzen sind vorprogrammiert! LAGE: Man muss sagen, dass die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt. Zu einem Strand, ist es nicht weit. Im Vergleich zu Stränden in Cannes, ist es allerdings kein schöner Strand, aber immerhin. Die Ecke selbst hat alles was man braucht, ist aber ziemlich runtergekommen. CHECK-In: Naima ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie erklärt alles sehr sehr genau. Danke dafür.

Great location & chic apartment

The apartment is spacious and well stocked out for a self catering stay. We really liked Juan les pins and this apartment is so close to the beach. The area around the apartment is a bit scruffy but that didn’t bother us. Great location to leave car and use train to easily access Cannes & Antibes - both great evening locations. We didn’t use the car once when we were there.

Fantastic Apartment

We were a family of 4 and the apartment was perfect. Air conditioned, very clean and had a lovely classic French feel. 100 yards from the beach and everything close by. Highly recommended and we would definitely rent again.

Appartement bien situé

Ma famille et moi avons séjourné 5 jours dans cet appartement et je dois dire qu'il est très bien situé, soit à quelques pas de la plage et de l'action (restos, boutiques), de la gare (3 minutes à pied) et des épiceries. L'appartement est très grand mais il manque un peu d'amour. Le sofa dans le salon est vraiment dû pour être changé!! Les petits lits simples ne sont pas très confortables. L'accueil ne fut pas génial car la personne responsable était pressée d'en finir et nous a fourni les informations avec impatience et de manière précipitée. Mais bon, ce n'est sans doute pas toujours ainsi qu'elle accueille les locataires... L'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas mais les gentils voisins sont venus à notre secours! : ) Il importe de savoir qu'il y a deux hôtels abandonnés et en décrépitude face à l'appartement. Alors, s'asseoir sur le balcon avec cette vue n'est pas géniale. Hormis cela, l'appartement est idéalement situé.

Grand appartement / bon emplacement

Points positif : -L’appartement est très grand et très bien placé il se trouve à une rue de la mer (1min à pied vous êtes sur la plage privée Juanita) la plage publique quand à elle est à 5min à pied. Il y a énormément de restaurants à côté c’est très sympa le soir et il est proche du parc de la Pinède. -L’appartement est très très bien équipé il y a tout l’électroménager nécessaire avec énormément de serviettes et de draps sur place, il y a beaucoup de vaisselle et même un lit bébé très confortable. -L’appartement est propre -La propriétaire a été réactive dans les échanges et est très sympathique. -Naïma (la personne qui s’occupe de l’appartement sur place) a été très gentille et très professionnelle. -Bon rapport qualité prix Point à amélioré : - Il y a énormément de meubles dans l’appartement qui sont certes très jolis mais nous vous conseillons d’en enlever un petit peu afin de pouvoir apprécier l’espace à sa juste valeur. Point négatif -La vue du balcon qui donne sur un hôtel en ruine. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances dans ce charmant appartement. Nous vous le conseillons et nous reviendrons très certainement.

I am a doctor, psychiatrist and psychoanalyst; I have been running my own cabinet for 30 years. I love culture, literature and painting. I have three children, which explains all the beds in the apartment. I also really love Italy and that's why I bought this apartment: I was able to visit Italy more easily. But I also love the bay of Cannes and the mythical Hotel Belles Rives, where Scott Fitzgerald wrote Tender in the night. The walks along the sea are cheerful and lively. I love travelling.

Why they chose this property

I bought this apartment because it was a little girl's dream, the members of my family always went to the Côte d'Azur and my aunts were beautiful actresses who loved this place. But I especially love the smells, the flowers, the mimosas, and the seaside, where we can admire the stunning bay of Cannes.

What makes this property unique

I really love my apartment, which is very comfortable; warm in winter and fresh in summer. The little garden alongside the bedrooms has strelitzias in spring and orange and lemon trees in winter. I love the comfort, the marble in the bathrooms, and my furniture, because I am an antique collector as well as a psychiatrist. I have tastefully decorated my apartment while adding some Italian touches.
