Second floor without elevator. It is closely connected to other tourist attractions. Just five minutes walk to nearest bus stop and only ten minutes to the underground stop (Lesseps, green line L3).
Possibility of private parking only 50 meters from the flat.
This comfortable 50m sq flat is well distributed with one main double bedroom, the next room has one single bed with a pull out bed under neath, this will convert into an other double bed. Also the living room has a sofa and is equipped with TV digital tdt, internet wi-fi. It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Also the apartment has Air-conditioning . The flat is bright and quiet .It is ideal for families.
