Beautiful villa with pool 2 steps from the ocean
Villa Landaise type in Labenne-Océan located 400 m from the beach, between Hossegor and Bayonne 2 steps from the beautiful Landes forest. The 1000 m2 fenced garden with heated saltwater pool and wooden deck is a haven for a successful family vacation in a very quiet residential area.
This house of 150 m2 includes 4 bedrooms (one with a bed 160 and the other 3 beds 140), 3 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a large living room living / dining room with open kitchen .
You will have at your disposal a plancha and a barbecue to restore you, take the aperitif on the outdoor sofas and read on the deckchairs while the children will jump on the trampoline.
An outdoor shower is also available.
2 adorable little pussies by the name of casa & nova will share your stay in all discretion.
All amenities are easily accessible on foot: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, thalassotherapy Spa Spa Dune and Water, bike rental, surf schools, etc ...
