The balcony is partially screened with a ceiling fan for your comfort and a separate sitting area. Enjoy your morning coffee or take in a sunset while over looking the community pool and pond.
The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen (including stainless steel appliances, china to serve 10, coffee maker, Kerrigan K-Cup coffee maker, waffle-maker, Caphalon cookware, washer/dryer, flat screen tvs, dvd player, cd player, ceiling fans, and much, much more.

We consider ourselves fortunate that summers with our two young children were filled with building sand castles, searching for shells, eating treats on the boardwalk, and don't forget Funland!
