A very bright apartment on third floor with south- faced balcony and amazing view on the Canal della Giudecca. The pleasing and sunny Zattere promenade is around the corner with his restaurants, following it along the Canal della Giudecca you will arrive in a few minutes at the town's artistic heart with the most famous modern art museums: the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, the Emilio Vedova foundation, the Pinault museum on Punta della Dogana, from wich you will enjoy one of the most beautyfull views on the Bacino di San Marco.

Reaching the apartment is quite easy, the public boat stop "San Basilio" is just 150 meters far.
From Marco Polo airport you have to take the bus n.5 destination Piazzale Roma, then you will board the public boat n.6 destination Lido and get off at S.Basilio stop.
Someone from the staff will meet you at the boat stop to guide you to the apartment.
From the public boat stop "Zattere" you can reach almost every site on the town and the lagoon.

The City of Venice ask to every tourist sleeping in Venice to pay a tax.
Every people sleeping in this apartment will pay 4 euro/night. The tax is limited to the first five days, extra days are tax free. The tax must be paid cash at the arrival.

The apartment, for 2, have one double bedroom, but if you don't like to share the bed, you can use the sofa bed on the living room.
