This Provencal house located, quiet, in lush greenery is equipped with all the necessary comfort. It can accommodate 8 to 10 people.
It is spacious (about 200m2) composed on the ground floor, a large lounge dining room (about 50m2), kitchen (Nespresso machine), pantry, toilet, a master suite (double room bed 160, bathroom, dressing), laundry and upstairs, 4 double bedrooms (1 double bed 160 and 2 140, sofa bed), a large bathroom, separate toilet.
On the exterior, there are 2 terraces, one covered and one sub trellis.
It is located on a plot of 5000m2 with trees, in a residential area, not overlooked and has a large pool of 10x5 and an outdoor shower, a ping pong table and a babyfoot.
No roads or other noise nearby, the environment will offer you peace and tranquility.
It is close to the villages of Montauroux and Callian. Feet and can be reached in 20 minutes approximately. You'll find all the local shops and restaurants, a cinema, tennis courts ...

Hot but heavenly

We loved the house! We were a group of two families and we found the house to be perfect - with lovely outside space, the pool was GORGEOUS - cooled us down in the heatwave. Kitchen very well equipped and petanque court a real plus. We had a lovely day at the nearby lake, and another evening down on the coast - all in all a wonderful stay. We hope to return!

Calm second home

We were two families. Kids enjoyed the great compound and big pool. Secure and very calm place. Nice mountain villages nearby. Altogether very romantic and friendly area. Still close to Cannes or Fréjus. We missed an AC but would still come back coz it was amazing.

Topvakantie

Net terug van een vakantie van 14 dagen in dit vakantiehuis. Het huis was heel netjes, het onthaal was heel vriendelijk. Hier is echt alles wat je nodig hebt. We waren met 8 personen in dit huis. Voldoende ruimte, de terrassen zijn super en altijd een plaatsje in de schaduw (wat zeker nodig was). Het zwembad is ook top en groot genoeg. Misschien 1 tip : nog een extra frigo zou zeker mogen. Om voor 8 personen drank en eten te koelen is 1 frigo misschien wat weinig.

C'était de très belles vacances

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans la villa. L'ameublement et l'équipement ne laissent rien à désirer. La propriété est très calme et le jardin est grand avec une belle piscine. Les propriétaires sont toujours disponibles et prendront soin de vous si nécessaire. Nous étions là avec un total de 4 personnes et ne pouvons que recommander vivement la maison. Schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Grundstück

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist groß und beinhaltet alles was zum Kochen benötigt wird. Es ist ein Kühlschrank und zusätzlich noch eine große Kühltruhe vorhanden. Zu dem Haus gehören, anders als beschrieben, 5 Schlafzimmer (in der Beschreibung nur 4). Der Pool ist sehr groß und ebenfalls gepflegt. Der Garten ist riesig mit teilweise größeren Waldfläschchen zum entspannen. Tolles Haus, tolles Grundstück, jedoch zu weit abgelegen an einem Hang liegend. Man ist auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen. Keine Fußgängerwege vorhanden um z.B. in die Stadt zu laufen. Kurze Strecken müssen mit dem Fahrzeug zurückgelegt werden.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Comme spécifié dans l'annonce, notre maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel et calme. Cependant, on peut se rendre au village en moins de 5mn en voiture ou en 15mn à pieds par des petites routes peu fréquentées.

Great house and wonderful location

We spent 2 wonderfull weeks here. Starting of with a pleasant welcome from the owner making us feel at home. The House was well equipped and very clean. The garden and the area was lovely and peacefull. Lots off entertainmemt for the children and adults. We would love to return for another stay.

Après la lecture d’une annonce complète et laissant déjà rêveur, nous avons été encore plus conquis par la réalité de ce petit paradis ! Une maison magnifique, bien pensée, pleine de charme, vous y trouverez absolument tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin et plus encore. Le jardin est fabuleux, il y en a pour tous les goûts et il est doté d’un nombre impressionnants d’activités et de petits coins différents. Même nombreux, vous trouverez toujours un coin pour vous isoler et vous reposer. De plus, tout le nécessaire à l’accueil d’un petit enfant est gracieusement mis à disposition. Chaise haute, lit bébé, jeux.. et même une cabane dans le jardin ! Et le meilleur pour la fin .. des propriétaires réellement attentionnés, à l’écoute et charmants. Ils nous ont accueillis chaleureusement, sont là pour répondre à la moindre de vos questions et ont plein de bonnes adresses, d’activités et de coins à vous conseiller en fonction de votre intérêt. Bref, nous n’aurions pu rêver d’un plus bel endroit pour nos premières vacances en famille ! Nous avons tous été, sans exceptions, sous le charme des lieux et de leurs propriétaires. Nous recommandons la location sans une fraction d’hésitation et y retournerons avec plaisir !

Fabulous relaxed holiday in the Var

We had a fantastic holiday in this large, well laid-out house with wonderful garden and pool outside Montauroux. There were 10 of us in total and we all had plenty of space. Nathalie and Manu were extremely helpful and responsive. The house was pristinely clean and well maintained throughout and the garden, pool, large deck and various sitting areas were a delight. Unlike many holiday homes, the fact that this is the owners' family home means that the quality of beds, bathroom fittings etc is very high. Your car's GPS may not be able to locate the house immediately, but its setting is great, very private and surrounded by woods. Montauroux is within (energetic) walking distance, with an attractive village square, good bakeries and a couple of restaurants. Fayence, Tourrettes, Caillan and Seillan are all worth a visit, and you are about 40 minutes from Cannes, 45 from Antibes and an hour from Nice. Lac de Saint-Cassien was so much fun we visited it twice. All in all a fabulous house in a great location. Thoroughly recommended.

The house far exceeded our expectations from the photos. Tastefully decorated and well equipped with a couple of lovely terraces with plenty of shade, where we enjoyed our meals and drinks with the sun setting. The kids liked the table football too. The extensive garden was great for the children playing hide and seek, and also the boules, ping pong and great, warm pool. Easy to find a quiet place to read in the garden hammocks and extra sitting room. Ideal location with 15 min walk down quiet roads to village of Montauroux where there are several good restaurants, bakers etc... great place to take a drink with view towards sea. Easy reach of supermarkets, lake (15 min drive, pedalo, bathing), Gorges du Verdon (1 hour, rafting etc), sea (Tiki Plage 45-60 min). Very helpful owners with good correspondence. Would definitely recommend this property for a couple of families with children of various ages.

Maison magnifique

Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux. Superbe accueil des propriétaires (jus d'orange pour les enfants et bouteille de vin d'orange pour les adultes). La maison est confortable, et magnifiquement entourée de végétation. La piscine est très agréable, et le soir la terrasse ombragée permet de profiter de superbes soirées. La maison est extrêmement propre, et la piscine dispose d'une barrière sécurisée pour les enfants. L'environnement est superbe avec la proximité du Lac de Saint Cassien. Nous pensons y retourner l'année prochaine !

A wonderful holiday in a beautiful villa

We had a superb few weeks at the Villa Aquet, which was just right for our family of four. The pool is in a lovely sunny location, we had delightful barbecues on the terrace, the table tennis was great fun, and the local shopping in Montauroux and Callian was very convenient. Plus, Emmanuel and Nathalie are perfect hosts, giving us really helpful advice about how to get the best from the area. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!
