Accueil très chaleureux et une semaine excellente dans cette villa superbe. Beautiful well situated villa with everything required for a fantastic holiday, comfortable, well equipped with lots of extras including the fantastic pool and garden. We were made to feel really welcome by generous hosts Annick and Raymond despite our poor French limiting our conversation. Would love to return.

Très bel accueil de Monsieur et Madame MERCIER. Maison très agréable tout confort. Superbe piscine intérieure, jacuzzi et sauna pour une parfaite détente. Sensationelles und wunderschöne Villa, traumhafter Meerblick- riesiges Grundstück toller Garten und Terasse … Swimmingpool, Whirlpool… Spielzimmer mit Billiard Tisch Dart Laufband… es gibt nichts aber auch gar nichts auszusetzen!! La propriété est tout à fait conforme à sa description, l'accueil de Mr et Mme Mercier est très cordial. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé avec le plus de la piscine intérieure et du jacuzzi qui ont été très appréciés malgré une météo "bretonne".

Eine große Villa mit Innenpool (geheizt) und phantastischer Aussicht über die Bucht von Carantec. Es fehlt an nichts, weshalb der Urlaub von der ersten Minute beginnt. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und auch die restliche Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr gut, inklusive Billardtisch im Keller. Nachdem wir nun schon einige Ferienhäuser gesehen haben, kommen wir zu dem Schluss: Die Villa des Pins ist ganz weit vorne! Auch die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder...

Sehr schön und angenehm, Vermieter sehr freundlich, alles vorhanden was man in einem Haus braucht

Sehr gut , unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt, großer Garten sehr schön angelegt viele Sitzplätze und alle mit Meerblick. Viel Platz im für sechs Personen man kann sich aus dem Weg gehen und kann auch mal für sich alleine sein.

To offer very pleasant holidays to our hosts in a coastline villa that has many assets.

What makes this property unique

We had the chance to “unearth” and purchase this villa in Carantec in 2010.

We renovated this villa in order to modernise what already existed.
But from the beginning, the “asset” of this villa on which we had a crush was this beautiful sea, this wonderful setting, 300 m from the sea and 500 m from the town centre where you can visit the market on foot, especially as shops are open on Sunday!
In Carantec, our hosts will find crêperies and restaurants including Patrick Jeffroy’s restaurant that boasts of a 2 star classification in the Michelin Guide.
There is a beautiful market on Thursday morning with local quality products.

In 2013, the villa has been extended with a 8x4 m indoor pool, a winter garden and a care room where external professionals can come upon request to deliver beauty and reflexology treatments.
All this will guarantee pleasant and successful holidays, no matter the weather!
