Perfect L'escala escape

This is a really lovely villa in a very convenient location - the setting is really peaceful and relaxing. The outdoors terrace and deck is really tranquil. The house was really clean and comfortable, and very well stocked. We also really enjoyed the pool, which was right down the street, and awesome since it was so hot!Speaking of hot - the only thing that was a little difficult during our stay was that it was incredibly hot, and there is no AC upstairs, so it was very, very hot in the bedrooms at night. The bedrooms have fans which did help, but it still made sleeping difficult. Other than that we really loved the villa and would definitely stay there again!

Una casa monísima en una urbanización super tranquila. Limpia, decorada con todo detalle y la zona exterior muy silenciosa. La piscina aunque sea comunitaria, es bonita, está muy bien cuidada y es perfecta para relajarse. La comunicación con Valerie ha sido muy rápida y amable en todo momento.Perfecta para desconectar y disfrutar de la costa brava. Gracias!

Hola,Valerie fue una excelente anfitriona: muy atenta y rápida en todo momento.Como único detalle, las habitaciones de la segunda planta pueden resultar algo calurosas, ya que el aire acondicionado solo está disponible en una zona de la casa y se cobra aparte del precio del alquiler.Por suerte, durante las últimas noches refrescó y pudimos disfrutar aún más de la estancia.Por lo demás, todo genial!

Schönes Haus in super Lage

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem kann man fußläufig in 15 bis 20 Minuten ins Ortszentrum oder an die Strandpromenade gelangen. Die Vermieterin ist total unkompliziert und jederzeit zu erreichen. Auch die Ausstattung und der allgemeine Zustand des Hauses sind sehr gut. Katzenfreunde können sich über regelmäßige Besuche der Hauskatze freuen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine gute Zeit. Von uns gibt es einen Daumen hoch. 👍

Heerlijk huis, prima locatie en zwembad is perfect!

Heerlijke plek, prachtige ligging. Centraal naar veel mooie plekken en stranden. Huis voelt en is gezellig en voldoet aan alle eisen.

Fuimos a pasar el día 31, 1 y 2! La casa està súper equipada y con todo lo necesario, tanto en la cocina como en los baños y habitaciones! És una zona muy tranquila y dispone de distintas terrazas muy amplias! También es posible hacer barbacoa! La propietaria muy atenta y disponible para resolver cualquier duda o necesidad! Ha sido una estancia muy satisfactoria en la que volvería sin dudar!

Meh

Dice que tiene aire acondicionado, pero solo tiene en el salón. Nos quería cobrar 10€ diarios por dejar el mando, aunque en el anuncio aparecía incluido. Las habitaciones son muy calientes. Nos tocó comprar un ventilador porque el que había hacía un ruido que no dejaba dormir. Atención si tienes alergia a los gatos. Hay un gato en la casa que, aunque le dejen la comida en la casa vecina, está todo el tiempo intentando entrar. Los colchones son incómodos. . Se ve el mar a la distancia, la piscina es de la urbanización y no se ve muy apetecible. Para ir a la playa necesitas coche o caminar cuesta arriba unos 20 minutos. En resumen, no cumplió las expectativas del anuncio.

Que pena de marchar diciendo todo bien muy contentos para poner despues un comentario asi... Bueno... El aire condicionado es efectivamente en suplemento y es verdad que no es bien explicado en el anuncio, razon para cual no he hecho pagar el aire aunque habia acceptado el mando con la garantia de pagarlo despues Fue la primera vez en 9 anos que alquilo que alguien me lo pide...porque la casa es muy fresca...en general la gente proba un dia o dos y dice que no hace falta. Me surprende mucho que con 18 grados a la noche los dormitorios fueron caliente pero bueno... Si habeis comprado un ventilador y lo agradezco, es la razon porque no he pedido despues el pago de la limpieza que tenia que ser hecho y no lo fue. Nunca nadie me ha hecho el comentario negativo sobre el colchon, al contrario...son colchones donde dormo tambien y muy comodo y de super calidad pero cada uno tiene su gusto. Concerno el gato, es verdad que tengo uno y accepto tambien los animales asi que si tienen alergias mejor eligir una otra casa. Concerno la distancia hasta la playa, es bien escrito en el anuncio a 20min a pie o 5min en coche. No soy al lado de la playa y es la razon porque la casa es tan tranquila. Os deseo lo mejor para el futuro.

Es war ein sehr liebes und angenehmes Miteinander zwischen uns und der Vermieterin. Sie ist auch vor Ort jeder Zeit erreichbar. Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Alles Top. Sehr gern wieder.

Super séjour dans une superbe villa !!!

Villa tout confort, très bien entretenue, dans un quartier calme. La piscine est collective mais nous n'avons jamais vu plus de 3 ou 4 personnes s'y baigner. Le seul "petit point noir" de notre séjour, c'est que nous n'avons pas trouvé la ville de l'Escala assez dynamique pour nous (jeunes de 20/25 ans), mais la propriétaire est très sympathique, et nous a donné une multitudes d'informations sur les loisirs des environs. Location à recommander sans hésiter!!!

Vacances très agréables. Quartier résidentiel très calme. A proximité des promenades et non loin de la plage. La propriétaire avait fait les choses avec soin : notice des appareils à disposition, plaquettes présentant l'Escala et ses environs avec les diverses activités possibles. Maison propre, suffisamment grande pour 5. La piscine communautaire est très bien entretenue et permet de rencontrer du monde. Adresse à recommander.
