The villa is located in a quiet, wooded residential area, and the most beautiful beach in Moliets is accessible on foot or by bicycle (3 are provided). You are also just a stone's throw from the golf course, restaurants, shops and businesses.
Spacious, fully equipped and entirely on one level, the villa can accommodate up to 6 people.
The swimming pool is completely private, not overlooked and open from April to October: PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS ONLY HEATED FROM MAY TO SEPTEMBER! The pool is salt-treated, odourless and gentle on the skin.
It has 3 BEDROOMS (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds) / 2 BATHROOMS / 2 TOILETS.
Enjoy the 80m² south-facing terrace for lunch in the shade of the roller blind or relax on the sun loungers.
The 500m² private garden is not overlooked and is fully enclosed around the garden and pool area.

Gut ausgestattetes, sauberes Haus in Meeresnähe. Das Meer ist entweder zu Fuß durch den Wald (ca. 25 Minuten), mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 15 Minuten oder mit dem Auto zum Hauptstrand gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, an sonnigen Tagen den Pool genossen der in einem schön angelegten Garten ist. Es sind ausreichend Liegen vorhanden, jedoch nur drei Auflagen. Etwas investieren müsste man in die Holzterrasse, die Poolumrandung und den Grill, was für uns den Preis etwas zu hoch erscheinen lässt. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub mit perfektem Kontakt zu den Gastgebern.

Wunderschönes Haus, genau wie beschrieben, mit allem was man braucht für einen perfekten Urlaub. Die Gastgeberin Emmanuelle war von Beginn an mit uns in Kontakt und hat sich sehr gekümmert , sie war stets offen für Rückfragen und gab uns tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt!Die Umgeung war super für einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub mit Hund!Der Strand war sehr schön und wir kommen ganz sicher wieder !

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir hatten hier einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Der Ort war eine Art Feriensiedlung mit sehr ähnlichen Häusern, allerdings war man auf seinem Grundstück sehr für sich. Auch die Ausstattung in der Küche war top. Die Gastgeberin war immer ansprechbar und gab viele Tipps. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen! :)

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour. Les oreillers sont tous récents mais il est difficile de contenter toutes les attentes, certains les préférants plus mous et d’autres plus fermes ou plus épais et c’est pour cette raison que nous mettons 2 oreillers par personne. C’est la 1ère fois en 10 ans que nous avons un retour négatif à ce sujet toutefois nous en prenons bien sûr note et essayerons de proposer une gamme plus variée.

Excellent séjour

Belle villa dans un quartier calme et à proximité du golf, de la mer et des nombreuses pistes cyclables. Elle est propre et très bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine chauffée, l'espace terrasse avec son petit salon extérieur et la mise à disposition des vélos. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Maison située dans un quartier très calme. Le jardin avec piscine , transats , salon de jardin et coin repas est très agréable. Plage non surveillée accessible en 20mn par des chemins piétons dans la pinède et plage surveillée à 5mn en voiture. Le golf et le club de tennis sont à 5mn à pieds. Centre équestre pour ballades sur la plage à 5mn. Agréables vacances avec des propriétaires très sympatiques et très réactifs en cas de besoins.

Sehr schöne Villa an toller Lage.

Die Villa ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Freundlicher Empfang und sehr gut ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten. Pool ohne Chlor, dafür gesalzen. Sicher eine hohe Miete, aber für Wohnlage wahrscheinlich gerechtfertigt.

Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Toller Pool, viel Platz und sogar 3 Fahrräder, die man gut nutzen kann. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, wir kommen gerne wieder.
