Large wooden terrace in front of living room of 45 square meters as well as a wooden terrace of 50 square meters around the swimming pool. The swimming pool is private and not overlooked. The solarium is 40 square meters.
Very nice volume for the main living / dining room. The swimming pool is secured by an electric shutter and surrounded by a wooden terrace with shower.
Very quiet environment (village), only 900 m from the beaches.
Spring 2017 creation of a second bathroom with walk-in shower.

Très bon séjour à la Cruciata

Lieux très calme et à proximité de la mer. Maison agréable et spacieuse pour 6 adultes. La piscine est un réel plus sans vis à vis. Le propriétaire et le contact local sont très attentionnés. Le descriptif est conforme à la réalité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Alex.M

Sehr schönes Haus, in dem man sich auf die verschiedenen Terassen verteilen kann. Toller Blick, gut eingerichtet, netter Vermieter, netter Kontakt vor Ort. Zum Strand ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß hin und 15 Minuten zurück (weil bergauf) im unteren Teil über eine Treppe zwischen den Häusern , im oberen Teil über die kleine Strasse. Oder halt mit dem Auto in 2 Minuten.

Prachtig huis op fijne locatie

Fantastisch huis met schitterend uitzicht! Comfortabel en lekker met zwembad! Wat lastig te vinden , maar goed geholpen door de beheerder en alles werd keurig uitgelegd. Aanrader! Ook met kleine kinderen, want aan alles was gedacht! Traphekjes en kinderstoel! Wij komen nog wel en keer terug!

Très belle villa avec sa piscine et ses trois terrasses avec Un coucher de soleil magnifique!!! Seul petit bémol une seule salle de bain pour 7 personnes mais nous étions en vacances !!! Villa très calme plage à 10 minutes à pieds !!!

Villa Tout confort !

Nous avons effectué un excellent séjour de 15 jours au sein de cette villa tout confort. Terrasses très agréables et super barbecue. La piscine en retour de plage est fort appréciable. Rien à redire sur la propreté des locaux, très bon accueil. A conseiller vivement, nous y reviendrons !

Maison très bien située et très bien agencée pour profiter d'un beau séjour à une ou deux familles. Plusieurs espaces et des vues superbes. Espace piscine réussi, bien protégé. On a passe un très bon séjour et serions ravis de revenir !
