Tres bien situé avec parking privé à 5 mn Parfois la rue est un peu bruyante mais c est normal puisque c est en centre ville . Appartement très spacieux bien équipé (meme un parasol pour la plage bienvenu quand on vient en avion ) seul tout Petit bémol : les 4 étages qui en paraissent 6 ....on réfléchit à 2 fois de ne rien oublier avant de descendre hihihiMais nous reviendrons sûrement

Tolle Lage mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine fantastische Lage! Man ist schnell in der Fußgängerzone und kann von der Wohnung aus den Hafen sehen. Perfekt von hier aus Korsika zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und Hell, sie hat alles was man braucht sogar eine Garage für ein Fahrzeug ist dabei, es sollte allerdings kein Bus sein die Einfahrt ist nur für PKWS geeignet. Das einzige was etwas stört sind die lauten Motorräder und Roller.

Bonjour L’appartement se situe en centre ville, dans un immeuble presque centenaire. Le centre ville d’Ajaccio par sa fréquentation est plutôt bruyant, comme bien souvent les villes très touristiques. Nous sommes situés dans une parallèle au cours napoléon pourtant peu fréquentée par les véhicules. Si vous reprenez bien l’annonce , elle spécifie bien sa localisation, l’absence de climatisation et d’ascenseur. Pour ce qui est de la climatisation, elle sera prochainement installée… Nous essayons d’améliorer toutes nos prestations, d’année en année . Bien cordialement Pierre

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr sehr nett. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir würden wieder dort buchen.
