without doubt this is the best villa we have stayed in the 20 plus years we have been holidaying in The Algarve. So well equipped for a large party. Steph made booking very easy and nothing was too much trouble. Pool heating included was something we’ve not had before and it’s a game changer. Will definitely be coming back!

Very spacious with great facilities. Overall would highly recommend and Steph the host responded instantly with any queries. We love the area, the various golf courses, and we tried pickle ball for the first time. Only minor negative - a couple of the bathrooms could do a spruce up - eg shower heads wouldn’t stay up.

Enjoyable relaxed family week away

Lovely spacious well equipped villa with nice pool & surroundings. A couple of minor problems sorted very quickly with a phone call to the owner. Meticulous pool hygiene. However there were some negatives. 1. Poor household cleaning. (Dirt & food under the sofas used false nails & eyelashes on the sideboards). 2. Cleaners left washing on the line & wet washing in the machine. 3. BBQ area & bbq were filthy & needed a lot of cleaning before we could use it. 4. Water disappeared at various times of the day & night with no warning. It appeared to coincide with irrigation of the golf course. Guests should be made aware of this in advance so they can plan accordingly. 5. Flying golf balls were a constant danger to people & the property one nearly hitting our 3 month old granddaughter with no warning from the players.

Many thanks for your review. Sadly as we both know the cleaners let us down in a big way! I am flying to the villa shortly and am meeting with a new company who will be appointed to undertake the cleaning from now on and also undertake post stay inspections. Sadly some guests do not respect our property as much as you did and introducing a new cleaning company and inspections will ensure that the problems you faced in terms of the cleaning will not happen again. With regard to the water and the wayward golf balls - these are 2 issues that come with being a front line villa on a beautiful golf course. The water on occasion in the hottest season goes off for circa 15 minutes or so first thing in the morning and again early evening whilst they water the golf course. As you suggest i will add this to the notes regarding the villa so that all are aware. We do not find it a problem as it does not last for long. In relation to the flying golf balls - we have fencing all around the villa which keeps many out but unfortunately there are some golfers who miss fire! Overlooking the 4th hole is a beautiful setting but like all villas on golf courses we cannot avoid this hazard. Despite the issues you have mentioned i am delighted to have heard from you that you would all gladly visit the villa again. Many thanks again for your booking and your review - I would always prefer to know of any issues so that i can look to rectify immediately as i hope i have proved during your stay.

Maison superbe

Superbe maison dans ce golf au cadre idyllique. La maison était propre rien à en redire. Juste dommage de ne pas avoir la lumière qui fonctionne dans la piscine hormis cela cette semaine de vacances était parfaite en tout point ! Elle a su conquire le cœur des plus grands comme des plus petits. Steph et un hôte superbe qui es réactif dans ses réponses. Rien à en dire je pense y revenir sans problèmes. Excellente location pour séjour entre amis

La villa est située dans un endroit calme à quelques minutes en voiture du centre de Carvoeiro. L’intérieur et l’extérieur de la maison sont très spacieux et permettent à chacun d’avoir son espace pour profiter de la villa. Chaque chambre possède une salle de bain et un toilette. La cuisine est spacieuse et dispose d’une ouverture sur la terrasse extérieure. La propriétaire est très réactif à nos demandes.

Great stay at Gramacho with heated pool and hot tub a real bonus!

We have now stayed at the property twice and found everything to be exactly as described. The location is excellent - views along the 3rd fairway of the golf course - there is a lovely balcony where you can have a coffee and watch the morning golfers and it is just a short walk to the club serving food and drinks and also to a small supermarket. The property is really well kitted out with loads of kitchen utensils, plastic cutlery and plates for outside and the kids, a great bbq and the heated pool just enables everyone to stay in it and enjoy it even more, plus if you get a bit cold the hot tub is another real bonus. The golf course itself is in a great location, 5 minutes drive to great beaches and 5-10 minutes to carvoeiro or ferragudo. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again in the future.

Perfect Golf Vacation

We booked this villa for use whilst heading to a friends wedding, and wanted to get some golf in as well. The villa is well presented, with plenty of outdoor areas to relax in. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms modern. Fantastic for golf on Gramacho with some great food and drink places nearby. Highly Recommend.

Tout est comme sur les photos, voir mieux. Je recommande. On est situé dans un golf, au calme. Seul bémol (pour moi) : la plage qui n’est pas à côté pour y aller à pied (10/15min en voiture). J’y retournerais à coup sûr. Merci au propriétaire.

Perfect in every way!

This trip from beginning to end was faultless. The communication from Steph from booking stage right the way through to leaving and receiving our deposit was seamless and so easy. I had a few questions beforehand and at the villa these were answered within 30 minutes every time. The villa was absolutely beautiful, even better than the pictures. We purchased our beautiful villa back in 2016 and have continued to invest in it ever since. Our boys who are currently 11 and 14 still have plenty of room to play despite the somewhat boisterous nature of some of their games!
We love our time at the villa enjoying family time with golf, board games in the evening, family film night or just over eating from the BBQ!
We hope you enjoy the time here as much as we do!

We fell in love with this villa as soon as we saw it. The beautiful surroundings, quiet location, fantastically sociable layout and only 2 minutes walk from the clubhouse! A perfect family holiday home!

What makes this property unique

How fantastic! A good sized swimming pool, a hot tub, table tennis table and overlooking the 3rd hole of the Gramacho golf course! And only 10 minutes drive to the water parks and beaches if the kids get bored!
