Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment! The location is great with a beautiful view over the valley. The apartment has everything you need with enough space for our family of 5. Our kids are 10, 13 and 16. We liked it was a quite place away from the busy places, but in 30 minutes you can drive to Cannes and the beaches. We will definitely go back. The communication with the owners was quick easy and very friendly. Thank you Betrand and Marie-Laure for having us and the great stay!

Ruhige Residenz am Stadtrand

GroßzĂŒgige Wohnung mit sehr schöner Aussicht bis zum Meer. Einige Defizite in Sachen Sauberkeit und GrĂŒnpflege. Wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt.

Schöne Aussicht aus großer Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in einem gepflegten Komplex in den Bergen von Grasse mit toller Aussicht. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden auch wenn Teile der Wohnung den Charme der 60 Jahre versprĂŒhen. Auch der Pool ist sauber und angenehm zu nutzen. Lediglich 2 Punkte haben uns etwas gestört: Zum einen muss man wirklich fĂŒr alles das Auto benutzen. Mal eben Baguette holen zu Fuß geht nicht, außer man sieht es als FrĂŒhsport. Und die Moskitos haben unsere Kinder geliebt. Die Entfernungen in km zu unseren Zielen waren nie groß, die Fahrtzeiten aber schon. Unter 1 h war nichts zu machen.

Familie 3 Kinder Grasse

Schöne Anlage etwas außerhalb von Grasse. Es wohnen hauptsĂ€chlich Franzosen dort, die sich wohl etwas von den Touristen gestört fĂŒhlen. Diskussionen ĂŒber die Poolnutzung mit den Bewohnern, kein freundliches Wort obwohl wir leidlich französisch sprechen. Die Wohnung selbst ist liebevoll und persönlich gestaltet und voll ausgestattet. Phantastischer Blick zum Meer. Leider war die Wohnung nicht wirklich gereinigt was wir nicht so schlimm fanden. Die WĂ€schenutzung kostet extra 50 Euro was so auch nicht aus der Beschreibung des Objekts hervorgeht. Die Wege zu den Infrastrukturen wie SupermĂ€rkte sind doch recht aufwendig, was an der Struktur der Stadt liegt. Die scheinbare NĂ€he zum Meer ist durch die Strassen FĂŒhrung doch weiter als gedacht. Nach Cannes an den Strand ca 40 Minuten. Netter telefonischer Kontakt zum Vermieter und der Dame vor Ort.

Toller Ausblick, sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht, viel Platz, ruhige Lage, tolle neu renovierter Pool, schattige Tiefgarage. Kontakt mit Vermieter unkompliziert und sympatisch Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefĂŒhlt. Eigentlich wollten wir nur 2 Wochen bleiben und dann eine Woche in der Provence verbringen. Doch da hat es ĂŒberhaut nicht gefallen. Zum GlĂŒck war diese Wohnung frei und wir durften unsere letzte Ferienwoche hier verbringen. Alles ganz unkompliziert. Wir sind happy!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht

Wenn man zweimal hintereinander die gleiche Ferienwohnung bucht, spricht das eigentlich fĂŒr sich. Dennoch ein paar SĂ€tze: Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern per e-mail ist nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt in einer terrassierten Anlage und ist sehr sauber, gepflegt, ruhig und recht gut geschnitten. Trotz vieler Bewohner und GĂ€ste war unser Aufenthalt erstaunlich entspannt und sehr friedlich. Direkt an die Schlafzimmer grenzt jeweils ein kleines Bad an, so dass man sich auch mit vier Erwachsenen oder mit grĂ¶ĂŸeren Kindern gut arrangieren kann. Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer, der Terrasse und einem der beiden Schlafzimmer ist wundervoll. Wifi top, KĂŒche super ausgestattet, fĂŒr auftretende Fragen oder Probleme ist der nette Concierge ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Pool klein aber sauber und etwas unterhalb der Wohnungen und damit etwas versteckt gelegen. Wir hatten ein Auto vor Ort, ohne könnte es etwas beschwerlich sein, wobei offenbar auch Busverbindungen von der NĂ€he der Anlage aus in die umliegenden StĂ€dte bestehen. Die Wohnung ist guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr unzĂ€hlige AusflĂŒge ans Meer, in die Berge oder das zwar etwas touristische aber sehr schöne Grasse oder die eben klassischen Metropolen. Und abends den Tag auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die beleuchtete Cote und einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen - herrlich!

Emplacement idéal !!

Séjour sportif et ensoleillé mémorable ! ! L'appartement a une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer ! Petits déjeuners et repas sur le balcon plein sud : parfait ! L'appartement est trÚs agréable, il est trÚs bien aménagé et équipé. Toutes les piÚces ont une baie vitrée donnant sur terrasse et balcon! Les salles de bains sont grandes et la baignoire appréciable. Nous conseillons les visites de villages alentours superbes et typiques de la région. De nombreux spots d'escalade sont accessibles depuis l appartement en 30 minutes de voiture en moyenne. La résidence est trÚs bien placée , au dessus de Grasse, ce qui permet de partir en voiture facilement et de bénéficier du calme de la nature environnante. Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont permis de vivre une semaine au rythme du Sud

WOW what a place. It has an amazing view and is just a great place to stay.The apartment is very spacious and comfortable with a bedroom that overlooks the view,that is just great to wake up to.A quiet neighborhood and within easy reach of Cannes and Nice. Un trÚs bel appartement situé dans une résidence luxueuse au milieu d'un parc avec piscine (tout neuve). le calme est absolu, mais si vous voulez voir du monde, Cannes est à 1/2 heure en voiture et Nice à 3/4 heure. Il ne manque rien dans cette location et la literie (ce qui est rare) est de trÚs grande qualité. Bénédicte (Paris)
