outdoor veranda equipped with gazebo, tables and chairs, barbecue, outdoor shower. The villa is located in a park with centuries-old olive grove of about 10,000 square meters. The car and motorbike parking is located inside the property.

The villa is easily reachable as it is adjacent to the state highway 115 at km 383. 4

1 km from Avola and 800 meters from the ring road junction; also it is distant, along the same state, only 5 km from Noto and 22 km from Syracuse.

In an ideal geographical context, between Syracuse and Noto, stands Avola, home of the almond tree and Nero d'Avola. To the east the beaches of fine and golden sand embrace the limpid sea, while to the west the mountain welcomes, between waterfalls and ponds, Cava grande del Cassibile. Within a few minutes you can reach: the Vendicari reserve, Marzamemi with its famous tonnare, the island of the currents, the beautiful Noto with its Baroque, Syracuse and the famous Ortigia; in such a special context, the Assennato family, already engaged since the end of 1800 in the cultivation and vinification of the grapes typical of the area, mainly Nero d'Avola, has obtained in the adjoining rooms the Cellar and the manor house 4 very nice dependance, finely furnished inclusive of every comfort, for a total of 12 beds.
