Perfekte 10 Tage in einer traumhaften Ferienwohnung

Schöner kann man kaum wohnen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig, die Terrasse traumhaft. Den Strand und den Ort kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Der Kontakt zu Florence war sehr nett. Die Abwicklung problemlos. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen! Lieben Dank für die gekühlte Flasche Wein. Wir haben sie auf der herrlichen Terrasse genossen.

Florence's Wohnung ist wirklich eine tolle Adresse für einen Urlaub am Atlantik. Die Gestaltung ist geschmackvoll und wohnlich. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, auch wenn man größere Mahlzeiten zubereiten möchte. Die Terrasse ist groß und geht in den Garten über. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich: der Stadtteil Ville d'Hiver ist sehr sehenswert, der Strand von Pereire gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt bietet einen wunderbaren Markt.Florence hatte unseren Aufenthalt perfekt vorbereitet, die Wohnung war sehr schön und einladend, selbst eine Flasche Wein wartete im Kühlschrank auf uns.Vielen Dank Florence

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage mit toller Terrasse

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche! Die Wohnung liegt perfekt um Arcachon zu erkunden. Zum Strand und ins Zentrum kann man zu Fuß gehen. Die Terrasse ist außergewöhnlich schön, ebenso wie die Wohngegend. An zusätzlichen Kosten muss man bei Ankunft 140€ für Wäsche und Putzfrau sowie eine Kaution von 700€ in bar zahlen.

Wunderschönes Appartement

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem sehr schönen Appartement von Florence. Alles ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, in einer schönen und ruhigen Siedlung, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Florence war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschön

Sehr hübsche kleine Wohnung, viel Flair, der Wohnzimmerbereich mit offener Küche angenehm hell, da an drei Seiten Glas. Großzügige Terasse mit bequemen Möbeln. Parken auf dem Grundstück. Tolle und ruhige Gegend, kurzer Weg zum Strand, etwas längerer Weg bis in die Stadt.

Une semaine entre vert et bleu

Une semaine dans ce logement charmant d’une très belle arcachonaise ; les ouvertures de la pièce à vivre et la terrasse dans un écrin de verdure sont vraiment appréciables dans un quartier très calme et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage Pereire. On reviendra certainement !

Bel appartement

Le quartier est paisible, calme et magnifique, à quelques 700 mètres de la plage Pereire. L'appartement est super joli et spacieux, avec une magnifique terrasse extérieure. Une salle de bains très fonctionnelle avec une douche à l'italienne très pratique. Un petit bémol toutefois : seules les portes fenêtres peuvent s'ouvrir car les fenêtres sont toutes condamnées. Dommage pour l'aération la nuit.

S agissant de ce que vous qualifiez de « petit bémol « les contraintes architecturales imposaient de refaire les fenêtres à double vitrage identiques aux précédentes .Comme vous l avez indiqué, il y a deux portes fenêtres pour 26 m2. Pour la nuit , l aération de nuit peut se faire par les fenêtres de la salle de bain et des toilettes puisqu il y a des barreaux anti intrusions . Cela dit , il s agit d un quartier très calme .

Logement au calme bien situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement, très propre et bien agencé, bien au calme et dans la verdure malgré que le logement soit la dépendance d’une grande demeure . Sehr gepflegte und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss einer schönen Villa im ruhigen Villenviertel von Arcachon mit Terrasse im Gemeinschaftsgarten. Strand fussläufig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Zentrum ca. 1,5km entfernt. Zusatzkosten zum Inserat für Endreinigung (60EUR) und Wäsche/Handtücher (72EUR).

Situé dans une maison Arcachonnaise typique, cet appartement propre, très bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de gout est l’endroit idéal pour découvrir cette magnifique région. Si vous aimez vous réveiller qu’avec le bruit des oiseaux c’est l’endroit rêvé. Plage et centre-ville très proche à pied ou en vélo. Nous avons aussi apprécié l'accueil et les conseils de Florence. Nous recommandons donc vraiment ce joli lieu de villégiature! Thierry

Tous qu‘il faut pour bonnes vacances

We spent very good holidays in the mid of October in this cosy and well equipped apartment. City and beach are in walking distance, so is the next „Boulangerie“. The children enjoyed to have a garden to play. The living room and kitchen is in a Kind of winter garden. The two bedrooms go off from here through glass doors. One of the bedrooms is without an additional window to the outside. You can leave the bedrooms through a second door to reach toilette and bathroom. I would really enjoy to return to this Place one day. Merci beaucoup!

Superbe appartement/maison dans une superbe ville! Nous avons apprécié la situation de la location, sa décoration très raffinée et maritime: dépaysement garanti. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et de bon conseil; il y a également une bonne documentation dans le séjour pour bien visiter le bassin d'Arcachon. Nous reviendrons peut-être!

petite maison avec beaucoup de charme

superbe petite maison pleine de charme .La terrasse devant le séjour est super tranquille et on voyait les écureuils le matin en prenant le petit déjeuner .La villa est très bien placée tout près de la plage péreire et on peut aller aussi à pieds au centre d'arcachon par les rues où se situent les très belles maisons de la ville d'hiver . Nous avions loué des vélos qu on peut laisser dans le jardin et nous sommes allés aussi au mouleau qui n 'est pas loin non plus par la piste cyclable le long de la mer .nous adorons cet endroit d'ailleurs cela fait 3 ans que nous y retournons ! On s 'y sent comme chez soi car rien ne manque et c'est magnifiquement décoré
