About this property

Spacious apartment in the Center of Palma, Ideal for Families.

Top quality apartment ideal for 6 people, ideal for families with children or for groups of friends, located in the heart of the city, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The house has access by elevator and has central heating and air conditioning in all rooms. Located on the second floor of the building, the apartment has a small interior patio for exclusive use.

Large living-dining room (where you can enjoy satellite TV) with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave and all the appliances necessary for your stay, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer, kettle, use.

There are three independent bedrooms, two with a double bed (150x190) and another with two single beds (90x190), all three with wardrobes available for use. In addition, you will find two bathrooms, one of them with a shower and the other with a bathtub. There is free Wi-Fi connection throughout the house and we have the necessary cribs and high chairs for the little ones' stay (upon request).

The apartment is located in the Lonja area, a short walk from countless points of interest in the city of Palma such as the Cathedral or the Port and surrounded by numerous bars, restaurants and multi-brand shops. One of the most charismatic and sought-after areas of the island both for its location and for its historical character.

In the center of Palma, as in the center of many large cities, it is difficult to park. Therefore, if you come by car, we recommend using the Antoni Maura car park, which is 150 meters from the apartment. The closest entrance, if you come from the airport, is located on the Paseo Marítimo near the Cathedral.

Amazing Place

This apartment is in an amazing location. It is close to different restaurants, lots of shops, a supermarket, and bus stops. It was so nice to be in the city for breakfast and dinner and then was very easy to leave during the day to different beaches. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to come to Mallorca.
