Another wonderful fishing trip to New York and the awesome house in Richland. We can’t wait until next year. Clean, comfortable, and close to some good fishing spots. Thank you!
This was the fifth time we (5 of us) used the house. The proximity to the water is great. The accommodations are very good and Brian is very easy to deal with and accommodating.

The host answered all our questions and responded quickly. The house was very clean and well equipped. Just a reminder to bring your sheets towels and extra pillows. Also will need a blanket in addition to the comforter in cold weather. Would come back !
Brian and his wife were very accommodating. Unfortunately for me, the snow had melted, but only a half-hour drive and we were riding. That's how it is up there. Thank you, Brian. Nice place.
The cabin was perfect for a snowmobiling trip. The trails run right behind the house. It also can get extremely warm in the house if needed. It was -18F when we woke up but had zero issues with staying warm. The entryway room is perfect for removing snow bibs, boots, and warming up without going inside the house proper. This house gave me a goal to aim for on my own personal rural land. The only downside would be a lack of washer & dryer if you were staying longer than 3 days.
This property is very cozy and our families love spending time there every year!! It feels like home away from home and meets all of our expectations!!
Had another great year at the cabin. Will be back next year. Only thing is the trash cans were full when we got there and was never emptied the week we were there.
A beautiful stay! The cabin is clean and roomy. I love this place. This is the 3rd time here and we are never dissapointed!!

About the host
Hosted by Brian & Andrea Cordell
We have owned the property since 2007, but just built the cabin in 2014. The main reason for purchasing this particular lot was because of the snowmobile trail (C5E) going through the property. The fact that it is an ATV trail in the summer months was an added bonus. It has always been a dream of mine (Brian) to have a cabin right on the trail system, and to finally realize that dream is quite a blessing. God is good!
Andrea and I have three children 26, 29 and 31. We are looking forward to spending time with friends and family at the cabin for many years to come. It is our desire to provide a cozy get away for you to spend time with your family away from the hustle and bustle of the day-to-day rat race.
Sincerely,
Brian & Andrea
