Belle villa fonctionnelle
Emplacement calme au bout d’une ruelle, bel ensoleillement, villa jolie et bien entretenue, proximité de quelques restaurant. Ventilateurs à disposition. Chaises longues et parasols en suffisance. Joli jardin et végétation donnant un peu d’ombre autour de la piscine.
Le portail n’est pas fonctionnel. Il est compliqué à fermer et il suffit de soulever la barre qui va dans le sol et de pousser le portail verrouillé pour qu’il s’ouvre. Attention aussi pour les propriétaires de chiens, le terrain n’est pas clôturé dans la partie supérieure “jardin”. Les chiens peuvent passer à travers la haie et se retrouver dans la ruelle, ou passer par dessus un petit muret et se retrouver dans le jardin voisin, j’ai résolu le problème en bloquant l’accès aux escaliers qui mènent au jardin afin que les chiens ne puissent pas y accéder sans surveillance. Des moustiquaires et la climatisation dans les chambres seraient un plus en juillet août. Quelques fissures dans les murs dans la chambre et salle de bain au rez.

Prachtige plek om vakantie te vieren, huis erg ruim, heerlijk zwembad. Wel gedateerd en harde bedden. Airco had ook lekker geweest.

Wer einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub möchte, ...
Wer einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub möchte, ist in diesem Haus sehr gut aufgehoben. Ein ruhiges, schönes Wohngebiet. Toll ist auch, dass Hunde im Haus erlaubt sind. Unser Labrador liebte den Pool. Gerne wieder.

Vous pouvez louer cette villa sans crainte . Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus. La maison est spacieuse pour 4 et les équipements sont complets ( vaisselle , lave vaisselle, lave linge , grille pains ...) Nous avons loué fin juin et le beau temps était au RDV et le rapport qualité prix aussi . Nous reviendrons l'été prochain. L'agence est très serieuse et le contact est parfait . Encore merci
