Wonderful townhouse in the heart of Village of Five Points. This townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2,000 SF of space. 1st floor presents an open floor plan with a combined dining room, fully equipped kitchen, then living room,  finishing outside with a paver patio complete with all that’s needed for outdoor dining, table, chairs, a grill, and Adirondack chairs. On the 2nd floor you'll find 2 nice sized bedrooms, connected by a jack & jill bathroom (tub/ shower combo).  Also located on this floor is the laundry and loft space with a single pull-out sofa. The 3rd floor boasts a huge master bedroom and ensuite bathroom, with its own zoned HVAC. Additional features include hardwood flooring throughout, ceiling fans in every bedroom and living room, TVs in living room and master bedroom.

Swimming pools (2) with lifeguards, Tennis Courts (8), Community Center, and a 2-mile paved walking/biking trail.
Rail-to-Trail bike path, easily accessible from existing walking/biking trail, leads directly to Downtown Lewes.
Four restaurants (Fish On, The Point Grill, Arena’s Cafe), La Baguette bakery, hair salons, grocery store, a bank, and a CVS, all located right in the heart of the Village of Five Points community!
Don’t feel like driving?  There’s a bus stop on North Village Main Blvd that can take you to the Outlets, Rehoboth Beach and many other beach destinations!
Located East of Rt 1 just minutes to Historic Downton Lewes, Lewes Beach and Cape Henlopen State Park.

LINENS: This rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows, and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases, and towels) or rent them. Sunset Rentals will provide contact information for several local linen rental companies in our welcome letter. The welcome letter is emailed out 2 weeks prior to occupancy date.

We like the Villages of Five Points as it has a great restaurant, a nice pool, and is close to the beach and downtown Lewes.

First time in Lewes & Rehoboth Delaware
Great first experience in Lewes and the nearby beaches and towns. The property location was great for me. I liked being away from the noise and crowds by the beaches but close enough to get to them fast. The development was great with restaurants, pools, and small shops inside the complex and other stores very close by.

We loved staying here! The location and amenities were wonderful. It was so nice to be close to dining and food shopping too. The photos didn’t do the rental justice. We 100% would recommend to families, there was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Carl was very communicative throughout the process and stay.

Everything was amazing!
Our family loved our two week stay in this townhouse. It is clean, nicely decorated and spacious. It is close to the beach, restaurants and a supermarket. In the back of the house there is a backyard area with a grill that we used daily. We could also walk right next door to a lovely restaurant for happy hour and dinner. The beautiful community pool is just a 2 minute walk away, The owner was very responsive and gave very clear directions about the amenities of the townhouse. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Great stay!
We had a wonderful vacation here! The location was perfect for us! It was an easy drive to the beach and the pool was walkable as were shops and restaurants. The house was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The couch in the living was updated (from pictures) and so nice! We loved the patio and grill too. Can’t say enough positive things. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Carl Frampton originally started coming to the Lewes area as a child to at his family's beach house. That beach house, located just 2 miles from VOFP, is now his parent primary home. During Carl's younger years he was a lifeguard at Cape Henlopen State Park for (3) years, the final year becoming the Captain of the patrol.... And then served on the Dewey Beach patrol for another 2 years. For several years Carl worked for the largest developer in Sussex County (Ocean Atlantic) before the financial/ real estate melt down in 2008. Now a licensed real estate agent at REMAX in Lewes. Carl enjoys assisting clients buy and sell properties through out the beach areas. This year Carl and his team were awarded a 61 townhouse listing in Fenwick Island called the Grove.

In addition, Carl serves as the Homeowners Association (HOA) board President for Town Center West. Carl also is the past President for the Property Owners Association (POA) for the entire Village Of Five Points Community.

Carl enjoys spending time with his Wife and Step Daughter (Both the loves of his life) and his dog, Roy... at Cape Henlopen and sailing the Delaware Bay.
