I am only renting through June at this time with a discount from $269 a night to $225.

There is no comparison between my home & the hotel's small 300 SF converted one room studios.
As the great reviews mention you have a complete kitchen, coffee center, filtered water, unlimited paper products, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dishwasher premium pellets, other soaps, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning products iron & board, first aid kit, & sewing kit & more
I am always upgrading & my guests' suggestions are welcome to improve my condo, Nail polish remover, Q-tips, Cotton balls, Medicines, beach & regular umbrellas, USB Plug Ins, play pen, high chair have been some of the suggestions.
I have a 124 pack container of emergency dried foods. If one is imminent, you should get bottled water, if water is cut off.
My home's not beach front, it's 3 buildings back & a minute stroll to the 3-mile long beach & magnificent sunrises & on the 2nd floor with 10 steps, there is no elevator.,
The Nightly RATE is for 2 GUESTS.
Additional guests up to two, regardless of age are $50 a Night per guest. Histrionically I break even at $50 with the added cleaning time & double laundry time, supplies and electricity.
The $350 check out cleaning is included in your total. If staying over10 nights it includes a required short interim cleaning or cleanings & inspections in the middle or repeated if longer. There is no way to fairly include it in a nightly rate. It is separate because the longer your stay the less per night, 4 nights is $87.50 a night, 7 nights is $50, 10 nights is $35 &14 is $25 a night. I am sure you understand this.
The Cancellation Policy is 30 days for a 100% refund & 15 days 50% refund. After then 0 refund, But I will try and to re-rent it for all or part of the time. I refund what I receive.
THE $750 DEPOSIT IS NOT CHARGED WHEN YOU PAY. In the rare case of damage or theft VBRO gives me 14 days to make a claim against the deposit. In 20 years with over 400 guests I have made a claim 4 times. VBRO sells insurance $59 ($1500), $89 ($3000), $129 ($5000). If you desire to buy it let me know. It covers accidental damage, not intentional or theft.

You're centrally located between Lihue & Kapaa, 7 minutes from the airport. The resort is secluded a 1/4 mile off the main highway.
I think it's nicely decorated. LOL. I remodeled it. Do you remember know of Ricky Nelson (he's an old pop star & TV actor) & his Song Garden Party? "You can't please everyone so you've got to please yourself." You Get a Box of Chocolates if you mention you read this.

Kauai Beach Villas is 1 of the most exclusive & secluded Oceanfront Resorts on Kauai. Entered through a 1/4-mile tree tunnel lined drive. The 3-mile-long beach goes along the public golf course ending at famous Lydgate Park.
The salon has a Ceiling fan, Air Conditioner, Queen Sofa Bed, Chair & Ottoman & TV Cabinet with books & some games, 58" Smart Roku TV & Bluetooth Sound Bar & air purifier.
Your bedroom has a 30" Flat Screen LED HD TV with HD Cable and side speakers. Stereo System. remote ceiling fan, remote air conditioner, air purifier, king firm bed with a memory foam topper. You sleep in Bamboo Sheets, 2 king pillows, blankets & comforter & art.
I cook & bake. My gourmet kitchen is equipped better than most homes. Reverse Osmosis 3 Filter Water at the sink. Refrigerator & ice maker has filter. Pots & pans, baking pans, fine china, glasses, crystal stemware, wine glasses & champagne flutes, silverware, 2 knife sets & lots of utensils. Appliances include all mentioned above & a blender, hand mixer, 2 food processors (Small & Large). 2 coffee makers (8 & 5 cup), coffee bean burr mill grinder, 4 slice toaster, George Foreman Grill, electric skillet, slow cooker, waffle maker, popcorn maker, electric & hand can openers, rice cooker, steamer, wine opener, utensils, bowls, & storage containers.
There are 4 cushioned chairs & dining table. The granite counter top bar has 2 bar stools.
The medium size bath has a full tub with floral doors, tall people raised shower head, floral brass sliding doors. Lots of bath, hand towels & wash cloths & bamboo bath towels, hair dryer. Medicines include headache, diarrhea, antacid, petroleum jelly, denture cleaner, cotton balls, Q-tips, nail polish remover, body lotion, peroxide, 70% alcohol,
Between the bath & bedroom is a 3-light vanity/desk area, full-length wall & large hair & makeup mirror.
With the bath, bedroom desk & mirror & vanity area 3 guests can get ready easily.
The desk has a supplies, stapler, scotch tape, pens, paper. An Armoire has 2 drawers, spare towels, hanging closet, hangers, blankets & beach towels.
There's NO regular telephone 99% of people have cell phones & that saves $15 a week
Magnificent morning sunrises are a 1 minute walk, the picture you see is one of hundreds I've taken. The colors are as lovely as they can get,
A Motocross racetrack at the end of the golf course and sometimes makes noise on weekends & holidays. Hours are Sat, Sun & Holidays 10 am to 6 pm. A schedule can be Googled, Kauai Motocross. Labor Day weekend has 2 days of racing.
PLEASE read this location information:
1. Medical Warning Tropical Island Microbials are Worldwide. If you're sensitive to mold you may get sick. My condo is fogged every 3 months & as mold free as possible. I bought the fogging machine.
2. Caution, West Nile Virus & Dengue Fever are present. Use mosquito repellent.
3: The Rooster Noise may wake you up. Scattered during the hurricanes years ago they are protected by law as birds & aren't sent to Foster Farms.
4.. PLEASE! NO SMOKERS PERIOD. In or outside of my home & the Lanai. INCLUDING CIGARS & MARIJUNA. NO! A Medical Marijuana Card is not accepted FOR SMOKING it IN OR AROUND MY HOME. I have no objection to your using it, that is a personal liberty. Just please do so far enough away that you don't bring the smell into my home. If a smoke smell is detected your deposit is charged the cost of eliminating the smell.
5. NOTICE: My Condo and your rental continues to receive 5 stars from all guests in January, February and March. See the reviews. Wyndham has closed all their timeshare’s as of January 1, 2026. They have filed bankruptcy on the total resort, but my condo and all private owners are currently allowed to rent or live until the bankruptcy judges issues a vacate date for all condos and then that would not be before July. I may open up further as each month progresses it may not be until October. I am losing my condo and my total retirement at 77 years old to Wyndham's corporate greed. The vacate order may be months to a year out and a minimum of 60 days notice is standard. Your rental is not affected and remains great. The condo facilities are in full maintenance and BBQS, pool and whirlpool are all in use. One change is the hotel pools may no longer be used (officially) but my guests have been using them and so far with no problems. But you could be asked to leave. Thus I am renting just a few months out at a time.

Aloha! I'm 74 years young & still to work a lot. I'm a consultant, machine & tools inventor for Geosynthetic's used worldwide. My small manufacturing company burned to the ground in a California wildfire in 2018. It took a year to get restarted. I consult at many construction projects & teach courses on installation so I am gone a lot. In 2019 I was one of 3 people inducted into the Pavement Magazines Hall of Fame. My small shop is in Northern CA & most of my employees have worked for me between 20 & 40 years. I don't think of moving to where it costs less, my US people deserve to keep their jobs. I use all US suppliers. I'm still sail & play softball. Formerly on pro sailing teams & was support staff for Team Dennis Conner, Stars & Stripes Americas Cup Teams in 1992 &1995. For 30 years I was a well know sports trainer & therapist, my 2nd job. I did this during the Americas Cups & for other professional teams. I retired after a bad car accident in 2005 & some back & other surgeries over a couple years. I worked hard at my recovery designing my rehab. The doctors say I can do things that I should not be able to do! I regained my less than a body of a Greek God & have returned to my active work life, sailing & softball. Many ball players call me the white haired old guy (ringer) you do not pitch to with men on base. Winning is in the mind! I believe that if I climb a tree, my natural instincts will take me out on the limb, I just know that if the limb breaks the tree will fall and the limb stay in the air! My condo represents me I live there. I try to give you more & not less. I want your stay to be a true winning experience. Decorating is in my taste and many Americas Cup art and other. The kitchen is complete and many say better then their homes. I cook and bake so I have and leave over 20 seasonings, all my appliances and posts and pans and utensils.
Why they chose this property
It is simply it is the best resort and location on the island. I have been coming to Kauai since the 70's. This resort was built in 1980 & the hotel in 1984. They choose the best central location on the island. It is convenient to everything. 30 minutes to North and Princeville & South & Poipu & 45 minutes to the west side or far north. It is 5 to 10 minutes either way between the 2 biggest cities Lihue & Kapaa. Yet is very secluded & off the highway a half mile. It is on a 3 mile long secluded beach that runs along the golf course & ends at Lydgate Park. it's is close to the airport for arriving & leaving on a two lane highway. The best shopping for groceries & restaurants are in Lihue & Kapaa. The resort grounds are beautiful & well maintained, the hotel has excellent food buffets, good bar & good pool bar & restaurant, you can use their pools & waterslide with pink wrist bands in my home, but you can not use their tiny gym. The condos have a nice pool & Jacuzzi 1 minute away & just redone. . There are tennis courts & many BBQ's. Nothing on the island matches it. It is 3 minutes to the famous public golf course. 5 minutes by car & 45 minutes walk to famous Lydgate Park. It is best on the island & with a safe rock walled in swimming & snorkeling lagoon. The sunrises are unparalleled. Arriving & departing at the airport is 6 minutes away on a two lane highway. No driving 30 minutes on a one lane road to get to your condo north or south. You do not have to leave 4 hours a head of departure to make sure your not caught in a car accident traffic jam on the one lane road or a storm tree fallen & miss your flight. I have stayed North & South & in between & there is no place like this on the island. It took me 11 years to finally get one of these in 2001 after owning others on the North & South. I could have bought anywhere, but why settle for something less than this for my home when I am not traveling.
What makes this property unique
This is my private home & not just a rental. You get to use all my stuff. I keep no clothes there all closets, drawers are for your use. Please read the 230 + (last update) average 4.9 star ratings they say it all. Great well stocked kitchen (I cook), all my condiments & other kitchen items. it is a 1 bedroom with 2 air conditioners & two ceiling fans & may be the only one on the island with 2 of each. I use & you use my high thread count sheets, lots of towels, my rolling cooler & a 28 QT large one, beach towels, umbrellas & beach chairs. My household items are yours to use & fully stocked, laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, first aid kit, sewing kit, hair dryer, washer & dryer, paper towels, toilet paper & much more. I leave all of it for your use. That saves you money. I even have a play pen & a high chair for those with a toddler. I live here & work from here so there is Super High Speed 200 MB secured internet with WIFI or with 25 foot Ethernet cable. Regular cable TV has over 100 channels. 2 flat screen TV's, living & bedroom & also 2 stereos. The sofa bed will sleep 2 & has a comfortable 6" Sealy mattress. The king bed has a 3 inch memory foam mattress topper that can be removed for those who want a firmer bed. Mirrors Galore. In front of the bedroom closet & washer/dryer are bi-folding mirrored doors. The bedroom has a desk, chair & mirror, between the bedroom & bathroom is a separated work & vanity area with a desk, chair three vanity lights, a long wall mirror above the desk & a large full length wall mirror. The vanity area has a large armoire with closet & 3 drawers. My old experience has taught me when there are multiple women (teens included) going out they all need to do get ready at the same time. This way their makeup, hair, nails & so on can be done sitting down while someone else is in the bathroom (GUYS FINALLY). I use the mirrors in the morning to look at myself & get my first really good laugh for the day.
