contemporary villa of 125 square meters with flat roof, in a residential area, the Villeroy district, on a plot of 300 square meters planted with trees.
the villa includes on the ground floor a master suite (140 cm bed) opening onto an outdoor terrace, with shower room and Italian shower, a large living room with large picture windows in brick partition allowing full opening onto two terraces exposed south, and equipped American kitchen (crockery, kitchen utensils, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher).
Upstairs, three bedrooms, two of which overlook the solarium (a bedroom with 2 pull-out beds in 90, a bedroom with a 140 bed, and a bedroom with a very comfortable convertible sofa in 140) and a large bathroom. The terraces are equipped with tables and chairs as well as an outdoor lounge and deckchairs to enjoy the sun.
all rooms are bright and equipped with roller shutters, a toilet is located on each level. the bioclimatic villa keeps freshness in summer thanks to its insulating materials.
interior equipment: washing machine, internet access in all rooms and flat screen tv by adsl.
three parking spaces in front of the house.
A deposit of 1000 euros will be payable on arrival (this deposit will not be cashed and will be returned if no damage has been found)

Lieu de vacances idéal entre amis proche de la mer

Très belle et confortable maison située à 5 minutes à pied d'une très jolie plage peu fréquentée. La maison est très spacieuse, elle permet de profiter de moments conviviaux grâce à son grand séjour et à ses 2 terrasses (toujours une ombragée). Les 2 étages permettent à chacun de profiter de son espace. L'accueil par les propriétaires a été très bon. Seul petit bémol : manque de commerces de proximité. Nous conseillons fortement cette maison pour passer d'agréables vacances.

Villa fonctionnelle et agréable idéalement située

Villa très agréable et relativement fraîche en saison estivale. Bien équipée cette maison idéalement située tout près de la plage permet à une petite tribu ou une grande famille de passer d'agréables vacances. Joliment décorée, cette maison bénéficie d'un agréable jardin et est située dans un quartier très calme. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants. Pas de problème pour garer une ou plusieurs voitures dans la rue.
