Bairro Alegre, very confortable.

Housing with 64 square meters. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom and a spacious and modern kitchen. The living room is very comfortable and also has a sofa bed of high quality (chateau d'ax). An outdoor garden provides good moments of rest and socializing to our guests. Guests can also take advantage of a fully equipped laundry room. The house is fully air conditioned. More than 200 TV channels are available. Public transport and commerce are three minutes away from the housing. There is free parking.
The house is located in a small non-touristy neighborhood with six houses, where our guests will feel the real atmosphere of the city's inhabitants.

Great find out of the tourist area

We had a wonderful stay at Alvaro’s home in Porto. He met us on arrival, and gave us all sorts of great tips of where to go and in what order. While away from all the tourists, it was very workable to get into the old part of Porto. The apartment was fantastic, and well appointed.

Very nice stay in family

The apartment is very conformtable for a family of 4 and has his own garden. There is 35-40 min walk to Ponte Luis but you can also take the Metro which is 15 min walk (then 5 min).

A lovely stay at bairro alegre. Very comfortable and clean with everything we needed for a 2 night stay and we were very happy with the accommodation. We weren't at the house much as we were out and about the whole time. It is a good 20 to 30min walk to the river with some uphills but for us was a good location. The host is wonderful, friendly and helpful and overall a great experience for us. Porto js fantastic!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes, sehr sauberes Häuschen. Der Vermieter Alvaro ist total nett. Er hat uns erwartet, uns Informationsmaterial zu Porto zur Verfügung gestellt und uns Tipps gegeben, was wir in der Zeit, die wir zur Verfügung hatten, anschauen können. Zu Fuß ca 15 Minuten in die Altstadt. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Porto!

Endroit parfait pour visiter Porto sans être dans la cohut du centre touristique. D'une propretée incroyable. Tout y est. Et que dire du petit jardin que l'hôte nous laisse à notre disposition. D'ailleurs il nous acceuille en personne avec ses recommandations pour maximiser notre visite. L'hébergement est accessible en bus du centre touristique. Parfait quand les jambes sont plus fatiguées en fin de journée. A 5 min à pied d'une épicerie. Nous étions 3, 1 adulte et deux ados. Je vous le recommande sans hésiter

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, Alvaro est accueillant et il s’assure que nous ayons tout le nécessaire pour passer un beau séjour. Il a passé du temps pour nous expliquer les endroits à visiter et pour nous aider à planifier. Super séjour

Très bon accueil, logement super. Alvaro est très sympa et disponible et nous a conseillé sur les monuments et parcs à visiter. Le logement est très propre, spacieux, fonctionnel avec un petit jardin. Il y a un supermarché tout près et un bon primeur ( les fruits sont très bons, surtout les fraises). Les bus et métro pas loin, nous avons quasiment tout fait à pieds. Nous avons pris le métro dans l'aéroport pour venir au logement . nous avons loué des vélos deux fois pour aller vers les plages, on ne regrette pas c'était super car le long du Douro c'est plat. Nous avons eu un souci avec les plaques de cuisson qui ne fonctionnaient plus elles ont été changées tout de suite par Alvaro, Merci encore. Mon conjoint a oublié son téléphone portable et heureusement Alvaro a tout fait pour le retrouver! Je conseille vivement ce logement

Top vakantie gehad in Porto. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door Alvaro. Woning ligt op 20 minuten lopen van de rivier. Heerlijk rustig en supermarkten op 2 en 5 minuten lopen. Huisje zeer schoon en opgeruimd en voorzien van alle gemakken.
