A great place with great pools. The appartment is nice and conform the pictures. It needs some replacements for the furniture though. And the table tennis and pooltable in the poolarea are gone.

Excellent property in a beautiful urbanisation. The surrounding area is nice.

The property, urbanisation and surrounding area are all great. That is the essentials to have a great holiday. The apartment, complex and pool are beautiful. There are some improvements that could be made to check in, customer information and the items within the apartment. Check in: an information pack before arrival is essential for staying abroad. Instead, here we were met by someone to allow access. Although they did send me some links via WhatsApp the information was not too useful. A pack is needed for future guests. Customer information: it needs to be more clear who is the owner and who you should contact with questions. This was not clear and the person who welcomed us was in a big rush to go. Items: the items in the apartment are good quality. However, some items such as cheese grater, tin opener, more crockery and more condiments would have been welcome. Not a criticism though. Overall I was very happy with my stay and the accommodation. The owner Paco was very helpful with a family emergency in our last day, which was really nice. Thanks for a great stay.

Not the property we booked!

Texts regarding check in went unanswered so we phoned the same number and got a reply. Met Abraham at the complex and he took us to the property. It was not the property we booked! Apparently the property we had booked was unavailable due to "humidity in the walls". Damp? This doesn't happen overnight. Why were we not told about this at the time so that we could have made alternative arrangements? Presumably because they didn't want to lose the booking. The property we were given had NO air con. No ceiling fans only two portable fans. No large fully furnished balcony, only a small balcony with only one sunbed, a small table with four chairs. The shutters were worn and buckled so could not be fully opened or closed. The described 160cm wide bed in the master bedroom, was 140cm. The room was so narrow, it was difficult to avoid bumping into the wall mounted TV. There were two windowless bedrooms downstairs. With no fans! The kitchen was tiny. Kitchen utensil were not clean - bits of food still stuck to the fish slice! The floors were not clean. There was a cobweb in the lounge with multiple dead flies stuck in it. Abraham spoke to the office but no no other accommodation was available. We were offered 120 euros to compensate and told that the owner would come on Friday with the cash. He was a no show on Friday but came on Monday. There is absolutely no way we would have booked this apartment. Many of the sunbeds by the heated pool need replacing. A car is essential. Beware!

Despite the temperatures during your stay in Adeje (23-16 degrees), we understand that the absence of air conditioning can be uncomfortable. The compensation of 20% of the value of your reservation was provided in cash, as you requested. However, we recognize that this compensation may not have been sufficient for you. We would like to emphasize that we have been renting vacation apartments for 7 years and have never received a 1-star review from any guest, which you can verify. This suggests that your review may not be entirely objective. Additionally, it is important to note that all kitchens in the 216 Adeje Paradise units have the same dimensions, which typically meet the needs of the majority of guests in the complex. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, le logement est spacieux, la grande terrasse agréable (avec un store), l'accès à la magnifique piscine très simple, tout le monde a eu beaucoup de plaisir. Le bar de la piscine est pratique, la mer très proche et l'emplacement est central pour visiter l'île.Le seul petit bémol est le bruit à l'extérieur, notamment la musique très forte chaque soir qui vient d'un autre complexe (mais qui s'arrête assez tôt heureusement) ainsi que certains voisins qui parlent très fort sur la terrasse toute la nuit. Heureusement, avec la climatisation, on peut dormir la fenêtre fermée et (presque) sans bruit!

Lovely accommodation

Lovely property but quirky set up. 3rd bedroom is downstairs with no door on the bedroom or bathroom so all sounds audible from main living area. Therefore only one toilet really fit for use if you wish privacy. Fantastic large balcony and good awning providing shade for ample table and chairs for dining. A few small items were missing that were quickly supplied for kitchen (vegetable peeler and cheese grater). Very responsive communication from team. No visitors book which would have been helpful. Wish we had known earlier that we could hop on the bus to the busier area by the hard rock hotel. Also took bus into playas de La Americas which was really easy, plus taxi home (€16-20). They did text some recommendations which was helpful. Lovely pool with nice bar / cafe. Everyone does use inflatables and reserve sun beds despite it being against the rules, so we were able to have fun in the pools. Would happily return!

Un verdad paraíso

El lugar es precioso y muy tranquilo el apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas. Lo único es que es una zona muy tranquila no lo recomiendo para jóvenes que quieran disfrutar hasta las tantas, a las 10 ya no puedes hacer ruido. Pero si quieres unas vacaciones tranquilas este es el mejor sitio de Adeje.

Fabulous apartment very spacious

Great size complex, nice clean pools! Food at the pool bar wasn't great in our opinion, much better places to eat off site. Location is great for bus routes lots of nice places to visit not too far away. Jungle Park is a must! We also got a good deal on jet skis and paragliding.. there is a Cafe around 20mins walk away that do an amazing breakfast for just 6 euro 90. Went most mornings! Right opposite the hardRock Hotel. The booking was straight forward we was handed the keys on 1st day and left alone for the week. Overall couldn't fault it 😁 Would definitely stay again

Lovely apartment in a nice resort.

Apartment was cleaned and well appointed. Very comfortable beds. Nice balcony area for sitting and dining. Close to the pool area. Pools are lovely. One heated. Everything we needed. Pool bar is nice with some good food options. A few nice restaurants and mini-supermarkets within walking distance.

Tolle Anlage! Mit einer der schönsten Urlaube!

Wir waren im August 2018 15 Tage in dem Apartment. Wir waren 5 Personen, 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Von Anfang an hat alles super funktioniert. Vom Flughafen haben wir Abraham angerufen, der uns den Weg erklärt hat und vor Ort auf uns gewartet hat. Er hat uns die Anlage gezeigt und mit uns die restlichen Papiere ausgefüllt. Er war sehr hilfsbereit. Am Tag der Abreise hat er auch pünktlich alles mit uns abgestimmt und die Wohnung wieder übergeben. Echt super. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht, Naja, einen Grill für die Dachterrasse hätte ich mir noch gewünscht, aber dafür kann man keinen Punkt abziehen. Wir waren mit der Oma unterwegs. Sie hatte in der unteren Etage Ihren eigenen Bereich mit eigenem Bad, wo sie sich auch mal zurück ziehen konnte. Das war sehr angenehm. In der Oberen Etage sind dann Kinderzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Elternzimmer, Bad 2, Küche mit Bar und der Zugang zur herrlichen Dachterrasse gewesen. Hier wäre noch Meerblick schön gewesen. Aber man kann ja nicht alles haben. Den hatte man dann vom oberen Pool. Auf der Terrasse hört man noch die Musik von der Nachbar Anlage. Aber pünktlich ist die immer gegen 23 Uhr aus gewesen und hat auch nicht wirklich gestört. Die Anlage selber war sauber, die Pools waren super. Es war auch nicht so voll, trotzdem waren immer Kinder zum spielen da. Bei den Pool kann man auch nur zwei der 4 einen Pool nennen. Aber die sind echt toll. Die Poolbar + Restaurant ist recht nett, macht aber schon um 21 Uhr zu. Wir hatten ein Auto und haben immer wieder Ausflüge gemacht und meist nur den halben Tag in der Anlage verbracht. Bei der Lage hat man nicht so viel drum rum und auch eine nicht so gute Anbindung. Daher ist eine Auto schon zu empfehlen. Einen Stellplatz hat man ja. In Summe ein wirklich toller Ort um sich zu erholen! Wir können das Apartment zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Sollten wir je wieder Urlaub in Teneriffa machen, wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Fantastique séjour

Nous avons passer 2 semaines dans cette résidence en famille. Ce lieu a vraiment était féerique pour nous. 3 piscines très bien entretenue, un restaurent/bar pas chère avec des produits frais et des serveuses sourientes, une végétation magnifique ! Quand à l' appartement il etait équipé comme on le souhaiterait. Nous pensons revenir dans cette residance pour d'autre vacance dans le futur !

Fantastic holiday apartment

We stayed in this apartment for 1 week in February - 3 adults and 2 children. We were met by the housekeeper who was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms on one floor and one bedroom downstairs . Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The apartment was modern, very clean and tastefully decorated - the photographs do not do it justice ! The terrace was lovely and large with table and seating - a great place to socialise in the evening. The complex itself was secure and the apartment was very close to the pool area. The pool bar served great food especially at lunch time and was a great alternative to eating out locally. The area is quiet but is on a bus route and therefore quite easy to get to the larger resorts . There are also several great restaurants around the corner. We did not hire a car and managed to find supermarkets in walking distance. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and the area for people who want to experience a lovely part of Tenerife away from the hustle and bustle.

S'il fallait faire une critique, ça nous a un peu dérangé l'absence de porte dans la deuxième salle de bains à l'étage inférieur. Très beau duplex dans un complexe que nous fréquentons depuis plusieurs années ! Grande terrasse, aménagement parfait et juste ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner si on le désire. Pour le reste, la Résidence n'est plus à vanter; c'est l'endroit idéal pour une semaine au soleil, au bord de la piscine, pas loin de plages et petits restos...

Virkelig et lækkert sted at holde ferie, rigtig god lejlighed med masser af plads, rent, pænt og i rigtig godt stand, dejlig køkken og stor terrasse med gode møbler. Hele området er godt vedligeholdt med masser af flotte blomster og planter, pool området ligeledes rent og et dejligt sted at være, desuden kan pool baren anbefales med god mad, stort udvalg til gode priser. Alt i alt et perfekt sted at holde ferie.
