A few lovely days in Rome

We LOVED our stay at this lovely apartment! It was in a great location, and walkable to so much of historic Rome. It’s on the fourth floor, so quite a walk up, but worth it for the ambience! The host was very flexible for checkin when our flights were delayed, and they provided good recommendations for local dinner spots.I would 100% stay there again!

Excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and restaurants, shops and a market are just outside the door. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we didn’t mind the stairs at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, quiet and clean apartment located in a close proximity to all main attractions. Has a large queen size bed in the bedroom and a pullout sofa in the leaving room. Access to a large rooftop private patio with a view is a big plus. Manager was professional and met all our expectations. Had a really enjoyable stay.

Fiori Fun

Property was lovely. Plenty of space for my wife and I and a perfect central location. Twenty minute walk in most directions gets you to the sites. I will highly recommend this place for a couple to enjoy Rome.

Good Location

The location is perfect with the markets, restaurants and many of the Roman sites in easy walking distance or tourist office close by for booking trips. The kitchen needs a major de-clutter - and too many unnecessary items within the property - No TV - so no late night relaxing in neutral - WIFI good. Good for a short stay and 2 people only as it becomes too crowded with the owners personal effects after a few days. Host Agnese - lovely and helpful.

Really good location!

The apartment was great for 2 people. Little kitchen with everything we needed. Great view from the extra roof terrace. Really close to Campo dei Fiori. Every attraction in the historic city center can be reached on foot. Very nice contact to the lady that owns the apartment. Her tips were very helpful about shopping including a supermarket close by, restaurant, stow your bag and the organization of the drive from and to the airport. We had a great time and will hopefully return one day!

Wonderful Apartment

We absolutely loved the little apartment - in a beautiful old building on a gorgeous side street. Lovely area and at the end of the street was a fantastic square with markets during the day, restaurants all around it. Location perfect - we walked everywhere from the Vatican to the Coliseum. Very comfortable and full of character. The "check in" easy. There are a lot of stairs so if anyone cannot manage stairs then sadly would not recommend. Rooftop views over Rome. Highly highly recommend.

Great location, needs a declutter

The plusses - good and quiet location in the Campo dei Fiori area, access to roof terrace and secure building. The negatives - the apartment is very cluttered and is perhaps better suited for short stays. We found for a three week stay we began to feel crowded in by all the accumulated items on the windowsill and side tables, and a very large collection of cleaning materials, bedding and toiletries that were stored in the kitchen cupboards and shelving, and in the bedroom and bathroom. There was very little space to store any of our own belongings. The contact for the apartment, Federica, was responsive when we had issues with the small fridge which had iced up and was overheating.

Could be better

First of all, the main benefit of this apartment might be the location right in the city center of Rome. All important attractions are near by so that you can walk there. Unfortunately the apartment itself has some issues, some are as they are, some are self made. It is on 4th floor of an ancient building with very high ceilings and no elevator - very exhausting and inconvenient and I think a potential guest needs to be aware of.Further the appartment is rather chaotic and in some instance disgusting. Cleansing material everywhere as to an extend no one can ever use, no room to place any stuff. The kitchen is nearly not useable as there is stuff no one needs really everywhere. You cannot open the dish washer as it gets stuck by a rack and an ironing board. The worst thing were a whole bunch of old and used slippers in big organizers hanging on the bathroom door and in the living room. I mean what for? No one will wear old and dirty shoes of former guests.Also overall cleanliness could be better.So our conclusion is that the apartment needs a complete clearance of all the junk in it and a more efficient space planning. By the way, we also doubt the in the description given 60 sqm…

Best Vacation

Our little unit was so cute. This was a trip for my daughter’s HS graduation and I’ve never seen her so happy. You do have to climb up a flight upstairs to the 4th floor, but every step is worth it. The unit is small but the size was just perfect for the two of us, The location with the market outside until 5 PM and the restaurants right after couldn’t be better. We got up early and walked everywhere, took afternoon naps and walked in the evenings again, thereby avoiding the afternoon heat. The host Agnese was a joy to work with and available for us. There is a lot of stuff in the apartment but we just moved things around for our stuff and put them back before we left, not a huge deal. The unit has AC units that cool so well but loved opening the windows to the sounds of birds. The rooftop is pretty cool too although we were too busy enjoying the City we didn’t really spend much time there. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Aprtment in a Great Location

It’s hard to summarise just how great this apartment is.Agnese’s welcome was such a great start, she knew so much which helped us throughout our stay: food, art, shopping, recipes books!She also arranged a driver to and from the airport, which I would highly recommend.Yes there are a lot of steps: and it’s not suitable if you will struggle with that, but the apartment has every convenience for comfort, cooking, laundry, and anything you might need, with a rooftop terrace giving spectacular sunset views.The location is perfect to walk to anywhere in the historic centre within 30 minutes at most.We are on Agnese’s recommendation in Trastevere and also more locally, again, highly worth taking her advice.We will most definitely be back.

Great Stay in Heart of Rome

I was able to book this apartment on short notice. Agnese was very friendly and communicative. She gave very good recommendations for nearby restaurants. The place is cozy, on the top floor of an old building, so be ready for lots of stairs. The location is fantastic. I would happily stay again.

Wir haben unsere Woche in Rom und diesem wunderbaren Appartement sehr genossen. Es liegt in einer winzigen Gasse. Alles was in der Beschreibung angepriesen wird, ist vorhanden. Sehr schön ist auch die Dachterasse.
