Lovely beach house right on the sea located in Marina di Noto in a fantastic location, just 5 minutes drive to Noto, 15 minutes drive to the natural reserve of Vendicari, 25 minutes drive to Siracuse and 1 hour drive to the Catania Airport.
There are 3 bedrooms ( 8 beds totally), a large living room and a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with a shower stall and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, fridge, oven and microwave oven and air conditioning.
There are also two balconies and one of them has an amazing view of the sea, a special place where tasting a sicilian breakfast watching the sea like being in a deck of a cruise ship!!!
Access to the beach directly from the house. There is also an external shower stall.
Beach umbrellas, beach chairs will be provided to the guests.
Camp bed/crib, high chair and changing table wil be provided on request.
There is 2 parking space available for this house
