Trulli Ion is a complex of typical trulli in the beautiful Itria Valley. The complex was wisely renovated and equipped with accessories such as swimming pool, air conditioning, internet, but also exclusive accessories such as the wine cellar and the lovely swings in the garden ideal for the younger guests. Trulli Ion is a peaceful and beautiful oasis, ideal for holidays in Puglia dedicated to relax. With its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 12 guests. Pets are allowed.

The
renovation of Trulli Ion was made with attention to its history and the
local architecture, but also to the mod cons. Everything was wisely
chosen and surrounded by the ancient charm of this property. The outdoor
area is spacious and looked-after.
The swimming pool (4x12 meters) is surrounded by an area where you can relax on beach beds, under the palms or the olive trees. Moreover, Truilli Ion is equipped with barbecue. The complex is framed by the lush olive and fruit trees.

In
addition to the beautiful outdoor areas, Trulli Ion consists of three
units: two that are adjacent but independent and an outbuilding.
The first unitconsists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for one guests, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. (5 sleeping accommodations)
The second unit consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for one guests, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. (5 sleeping accommodations)
The third unitis the outbuilding with one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. (2 sleeping accommodations)


The surroundings of Trulli Ion in Ostuni
Trulli Ion is 4 kilometers away from Ostuni, which is worldwide known for its beautiful old town centre, its wine and food tradition and the beaches on the Adriatic coast, which are 10 kilometers away. It`s also close to the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto, which is a short drive away. Brindisi airport is 35 kilometers away. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 150, payable on-site. 
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The split air conditioning units are located in the hallway of the sleeping area of the two main apartments and in the annex, for a total of 3 machines.
- Video surveillance only in the parking area/gate.
