On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a cozy entrance hall leading to a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with high-quality furnishings. The property features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed between the ground floor and the first floor.

Outside, the space invites rest and fun. The saltwater pool is perfect for cooling off on warm days, while the terrace and porch provide the ideal spot for outdoor meals, especially in the large barbecue area equipped with ceiling fans.

It is worth mentioning that, on occasion, a slight odor may be noticeable due to the presence of a nearby water treatment plant, although this only occurs during periods of high load.

Sóller has implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the town center. To access the area by car, a municipal authorization is required, unless the vehicle is zero-emission.
The authorization allows circulation only (for example, to unload luggage), but it does NOT permit parking in the town center.
The authorization can be requested up to a maximum of 72 hours after entering the zone.
For parking, the Town Hall has provided public parking areas on the outskirts of the municipality, located approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the center.
