Right of the hallway is the open plan kitchen dining and sitting area. Behind this is the utility room with electric cooker, washing machine and dryer.
There is a sunken south facing patio area off the sitting room and also a west facing patio area outside the kitchen where you can watch the skies change and the sun set.
