If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in a great unit, Island North 9 is for you! The master bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, a private bathroom and a private balcony. In the second bedroom there is a full bed and a twin bed. There is an additional full bathroom in the hallway along with the washer/dryer.

In the kitchen and living room you have ocean views and a view of the north end pier. You can walk right across the street to the pier, and enjoy a bite and a drink at the restaurant. Also, enjoy the onsite private community pool, along with an ocean front gazebo. Plan your trip to make lasting memories today!

Not Worth It...

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Definitely NOT worth the money. Showers were awful and toilets did NOT flush. Called and no one ever came..

Short-Time Rental

We rented out this condo for my birthday for 2 nights. We did a late check-in and it was very easy and organized. The property is right on the beach next to an access point and restaurant. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. My favorite perk was the balcony facing the ocean! Definitely recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the rental is great - just footsteps from the beach and the pier. Layout of the apartment is as described, furniture is pretty run down and unfortunately the bathrooms and the washer were not very clean. There was a moldy towel sitting in the washer, probably from the previous renter which caused the whole washer to be moldy. We were told to go to the laundromat instead or try to clean it ourselves which was disappointing. Apart from that we had a great vacation.
