Wonderful place for people who love a quiet place.

The location was excellent right overlooking the sea. The villa was nicer than in the photos. Price Performance excellent. The beach was fine, the environment was quiet with agriculture. The pool was okay. In the garden behind the house you could relax well, especially under the beautiful lemon tree. Nice also the seat in front of the house on the veranda with the evening sun. We would definitely come back.

Spacious villa, located right next to the beach. Exclusive swimming pool. A large terrace with a table, a smaller viewing terrace with a coffee table. A big plus for families with small children is the possibility of closing the gates to limit the possibility of children walking to the pool area. You can see the passage of time, but there is nothing to complain about the price

Lovely quiet vila right next to a great beach

What a lovely spot for a holiday villa down a quiet road and just a minutes walk to the beach. After a couple of issues that were quickly sorted out by the owners, we had a lovely holiday here. The free air conditioning was a major plus as temperatures were above 32c every day. Villa Majestic has a lovely large open plan living area, plus three good-sized bedrooms leading off it. At the front is a charming veranda with comfy chairs, perfect for sitting in the shade or watching the amazing sunsets from. Agia Marina is about a 15-20 minute drive in to Polis or just 10 minutes from the stunning harbour at Pomos, which is great for swimming and snorkelling in clear, calm waters.

séjour très agréable

villa très agréable, vue sur mer avec très beau coucher de soleil..mais tubes de béton aussi.. la piscine à été très agréable, à partir du moment ou elle a été nettoyer,soit 8 jours après notre arrivée voiture indispensable, on ne peut pas se baigner sur place. Par contre plus dans le local et moins dans le tourisme

This is a gem of a find if you seek the quietness of glorious Cyprus.

This is a gem of a find if you seek the quietness of glorious Cyprus. Picturesque views of the mountains behind the villa, and beach directly in front of villa. The photos don't do it justcie. It is much bigger than shown, and I have to say the magnificent scent of the lemon tree in the back is a huge part of the experience. For a few days we swam in the pool (a little cold at first) but welcomed relief from the baking heat (mid April) took the boat trip to the Blue lagoon with idilic turqoise waters for swimming, and even hired our own boat. The mountains just behind are stunning to visit and there is Mylo's restautrant not too far with delicious Cypriot food.You definitely need a car, which rental at the airport is cheap enough. The local bakery does delicious pastries and Cyprus coffee.Not for those who seek the town life or people and music since you are on your own no neighbours bar one, but the walls are high enough to still feel tucked away.A definite must for families needing to just unwind relax and venture into wild Cyprus.A visit to Krykkos monastery a good 2 hour but incredibly picturesque route with mountain goats and lizards along the way is a must! Not to mention all the winery's with free tastings!The only negative was that in front of the house in the grassland before the beach, it seems they may have been doing some maintenance works, so there are some pipes which is a bit of an eye-sore, but the beauty and charm of the place forgive such trivialities!

Das Haus ist sauber, es ist gut eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Jedoch entdeckt man beim zweiten hinsehen doch kleinere Mängel/Schäden (Türen am Badschrank hängt schief, Duschvorhang notdürftig aufgehängt, etc...). Alles in allem schönes Haus in toller ruhiger Lage, aber man könnte mehr daras machen.

I stayed two weeks at Villa Majestic and everything was wonderful, quiet and out of the way, the sea very close and with little people, and the villa is spacious with two terraces where you can see the sunset and an intimate pool with a lemon which helped us a lot with his shadow.
