This beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa on the prestigious La Sella Golf resort is a perfect home from home. It sits in a very large private plot so has lots of garden around the villa. We are confident any guest would love this villa. The villa can also be rented out of peak time as a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa, the 4th bedroom (with own access) will be locked and not used when rented as a 3 bedroom only.

The villa is stylish and comfortable, well maintained with all modern conveniences. It is light and airy and a truly lovely villa.

On entering the villa there are 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one en suite). Open plan lounge / diner and kitchen on the one level. There are patio doors leading to a covered terrace and the pool area.

The lounge / diner is light spacious and stylishly, but comfortably furnished. There is a flat screen TV, with Amazon fire stick so channels in many languages. A dvd player is provided. The villa benefits from the all important free wi-fi too. The stylish dining table seats 6 and has patio doors leading to a further terrace with the beautiful view beyond.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, full fridge freezer and dishwasher. It is modern and light with plenty of work surface. It is fully equipped with everything you could need for an excellent holiday.

The master bedroom overlooking the rear of the property is spacious with a 6 foot wide (super king size) bed, lots of storage space. There are patio doors leading to a terrace again with fabulous view. The bedroom also benefits from air con. There is an en-suite shower room, which is spacious and modern with double vanity unit and wc.

Next to the master is a further bedroom over looking the front of the villa and again as a 6 foot wide super king size, ample storage and air con.

Along the hall is a further twin bedroom again with air con and a view of the rear of the property.

Across the hall is a modern family shower room, with vanity unit and wc.

Leaving the villa by the patio doors from the lounge will take you to the covered terrace and pool area. Here you will find a beautiful 8m x 4m pool with roman steps. The pool can be lit at night so you can admire it while dining al fresco style.

The pool is surrounded by lots of terrace for the all important sun loungers (8 provided). The villa is in an elevated position so the views from the terrace of the Montgo national park are beautiful and then the Mediterranean sea beyond.

Around the pool area you will find several seating areas to enjoy. For those wishing to read in the shade there is a table and chairs under the covered terrace. There is al fresco dining beside the beautiful purpose build Spanish kitchen and BBQ. This really is a lovely area to dine.

There is a private outside shower, storage and a concrete table and benches for dining too, so lots of areas to enjoy this wonderful terrace and view.
Taking steps from the pool area this leads to a further suite. Here you will find a large stylish bedroom complete with lots of storage, again super king
size bed, air conditioning, patio doors leading to the small terrace. There is a spacious and modern en suite with bathroom c/w bath, shower cubicle, sink and wc.

Between the bathroom and spacious bedroom there is a small kitchen area with table & chairs with sink, fridge and microwave. A perfect kitchen for preparing breakfast as it has a kettle, toaster etc.

This suite is the perfect space for grand parents / auntie & uncle who enjoy a holiday with the family and children but also enjoy a little of their own space too, in which to unwind and relax.

This villa is truly a beautiful, spacious villa in which to holiday, we are confident our guests would love it here. Don’t take my word for it. Why not visit, we are confident you will want to return again and again.

The villa is perfectly maintained by the owners and cleaned to the highest standard using recommended covid regulations with anti bacterial products.

All linen and towels are provided and are laundered professionally so always clean and fresh.

A amazing view !

An unforgettable stay, the house is very well maintained with quality features. Michelle's service is top-notch, and she's perfectly responsive. When we asked for the pool to be cleaned, it was done straight away. The house is on a hill, so it's very quiet.

Very impressive villa in quiet surroundings and great views!

We had a really relaxing holiday which consisted a mix of days lazing round the pool in addition to trips to Xabia, Moraira and Guardalest! The villa has plenty of storage space, having the additional fridge freezer space in the storage room adjacent the pool was essential essential for long drinks by the pool in addition to allowing us to shop fewer times during our stay! The villa had pretty much everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The annexe was great and gave its own element of privacy whilst allowing integration with the rest of the household! The patio area with covered space for the BBQ was great! We would definitely consider booking again!

Beautifully clean villa

Upon arrival at the villa we were pleasantly surprised how clean everything was. We have stayed at many villas in the past + they have not always been cleaned well. The directions provided by Michelle to the villa were helpful and accurate. The location of the villa is along many windy roads up a hill but all the roads were residential and safe. There is a very small supermarket nearby along with a restaurant and pharmacy but they are not walkable (at least 30 mins there and longer back as all uphill). All the bedrooms had a/con and plenty of hangers. The twin room didn't have much room for hanging clothes as the wardrobe was for folded clothing only. We were welcomed with a small beverage package of coffee, milk, water, beer, wine and soft drink. This was definitely needed after travelling for several hours. There are many big supermarkets all within 15/20 mins drive (Masymas, Lidl, Mercadona). We dropped our cases and headed off to do our shopping straightaway. Upon returning we headed straight to the pool which was very welcoming and very clean. The outdoor pool room contained a few lilo's, seat and sunbed pads, cool box, beach umbrella, beach chairs and a bats and balls. There was also a 2nd fridge freezer which was very handy for all the drinks and icecreams. There was only one parasol stand for around the pool and this was a little damaged but we realised that it wasn't necessary anyway as it was impossible to keep a parasol up due to the occasional high winds which just took the parasol up in the air! However, the wind was a relief as it was very hot and there were other shady areas to sit. We used the outside gas BBQ a few times which was nice and easy to use and it was lovely to sit outside and eat under the shade. The kitchen in the villa had everything that you needed including a few condiments etc, washing up liquid, cloths, shopping bags, bin bags and all sorts of crockery and glasses. In the lounge there were plenty of box games and cards etc to keep you occupied in the evening or TV which had UK digital available. There was also a CD player, but we didn't use it as we had spotify on our phones and brought a google mini speaker with us. Although we spent many days in the villa we did visit Denia Castle and ate at the Marina. We also headed to the Flea market in Jalon which was interesting. Arenal beach near Javea was lovely but very busy so go early to get parked. Lots of restaurants there also. Highly recommend

We want you to arrive to a spotlessly clean villa, all the linen is laundered professionally, so its crisp and fresh.T he villas are all very well equipped and maintained to the highest standard.

Most of our villas are the home of the owners who simply rent during the height of the summer and so are lived in and therefore perfectly maintained.

If there is a problem we are only a phone call / whatsapp away. We will sort any problem as quickly as possible, it doesn't happen often but if it does you know we are there.

There is a taylor made book in each villa with instructions on the villa and the area.Having rented and managed many villas in the area for the past 25 years, we know the little things that create a problem immediately, like how the TV works, wifi code, its all there to see quickly so you can get your holiday started as soon as you have unpacked your case.

My Husband and I were both born in Doncaster. We bought our first villa in the year 2000. The villa rented very well and in less than a year we bought 2 more villas to rent. In late 2003 we sold our house in the UK, which we had designed and built ourselves.

We gave up 2 professional jobs and moved to Spain to live and manage our own business, we have never looked back.

Having rented many villas in the past, we now rent a small selection of hand picked villas in the area, villas we have rented for many years. We know the villas and the owners well and the owners trust us to take care of their homes.

Our standards are very high and this is reflected in our properties. We work hard to ensure that your holiday is perfect from start to finish.

The owners bought this property several years ago to use for family holidays. The family have now grown and the owners have retired and dont use the villa as much as they would like to, hence they have decided to rent it.This beautiful villa is situated on the prestigious La Sella gold resort. The villa is light and well designed on a large garden plot, with great views of the surrounding country side. The villa can be rented as a 3 bedroom villa out of peak time at a educed rate.
