Jane, Cannot say enough about the gorgeous private pool home facing the lake that you have supplied with everything as if we were at home. The proximity to everything was perfect, including the quick run to Walmart literally was two turns less than 3 minutes away for groceries. We celebrated my Mother's 80th birthday with steaks grilled right outside the pool. Careful of those crazy ducks climbing on top of the pool cage as they will fall through after pecking at bugs which I might add Jane was quick to have repaired. Easy communications throughout our stay. Disney was an easy 20 minute commute. Such a beautiful home just made it that much harder to leave, till next time.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this villa and would definitely consider staying again. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and very well stocked. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The only issues we experienced were with the cleanliness. The bed linens didn’t appear to be as clean as expected, and the bathrooms could have used a more thorough cleaning. We also found several long blonde hairs in the bathrooms and on the bedding. As an African American woman with locs, I know they definitely weren’t mine.Aside from those housekeeping concerns, everything else was great. With a little more attention to cleaning between guests, this villa would be an excellent place to stay. Jane responds time was super quick. Thank you.

Lovely family. No idea where blonde hair came from. Our two previous guests were african american too and our cleaning team are dark haired spanish with british male supervisor. Having a blond hair on a sheet and in a bathroom was a complete mystery. However so glad you had a wonderful stay and our kitchens were well stocked for your family reunion.

The house was nice, had plenty of room for everyone. We could not adjust the air in the house because the units were locked and my family had to sleep hot a few nights and if more than one or two people were taking a shower at the same time, the water would not get hot. Just barely warm, so I sent an email to the owner who explained how to rectify both situations. There were a few other minor things we noticed upon arrival, and we notified the owner immediately and she had suggestions for each of those as well. Overall, it was a very nice vacation that my family and I very much needed after the passing of my husband.

Air was not locked guest had it turned down to maximum low of 73/74 at night, it goes no lower as they freeze at 72. Suggested guest leave all ceiling fans on day and night as heat dome at time even our electric was running at three times the daily amount as alerts came in from KUA to high usage. Large electric hot water tank is on continual reheat so with maximum 14 people staggered showering recommended. We had made sure we had three cribs for this guest to make stay as three under 1 yr olds. They all enjoyed the pool. Glad to help the guest we are always ready to assist to make vacations go well.

Pool has spectacular views over the Lake which is one of the reasons we brought this home years ago. Resort has a requested quiet time of 9pm-9am to allow guests and children to sleep which most guests respect and enjoy. Lovely family George so glad they all had a great time.

Close to all parks and plenty of local restaurants and shops is one of the reasons we purchased this villa with its stunning views over the lake. Sometimes we only have four guests in the house but many repeat bookings and lovely families coming back sometimes twice a year. Hope to see you all again.

The home is located in a great area. The restrictions placed on the HVAC (78 for AC and 68 for heat) were not acceptable. First floor master bedroom has a mold issue that needs to be corrected. Nice house with lot's of room.

Our adjustable smart computer set AC runs as low as 75 day and 74 night, lower than most homes. Heat runs 70. Guest used all these temperatures during stay so comment is unfounded. It is also in our advert. No mold issue in upstairs master bathroom. No complaint during stay that management could have looked at for her. Villa is in an exceptional location, is very clean and roomy as guest comments.

The property itself is incredibly outdated and every bed is extremely uncomfortable. We had to put extra blankets down to lay on. Ceiling fans were overflowing with black dust, i found hair in the shower and while i know its not required it is frustrating to pay so much for a place and arrive to not even have toilet paper, hand soap or anything to do dishes with. We dont expect an entirely stocked home but when we spend that kind of money to stay in a home it would be nice to be able to use the restroom without having to run to the store first.

UNTRUE- Email on arrival from guest saying BEAUTIFUL HOME as per pictures. Guest did NOT READ that villas are self-catering as are ALL rental homes. Complimentary is the first toilet roll per bathroom (5 in total), first bin liner, first dishwasher tablet and hand soaps in all bathrooms are provided to start you off, same as every rental home. These WERE PROVIDED and checked off by Housekeeping Supervisor WHO CHECKS AFTER THE CLEAN, as present so there WAS toilet paper, soap etc. on arrival which guest confirmed in an email. Our beds are Upgraded top of the range pillow-top and we are complimented on there comfort, even the childrens twin ones are pillow- top. We have returning guests every year and some have asked the make of bed as they are so comfortable. NO COMPLAINT was received or any cleaning issues as you are required to do in first 24 hours or housekeeping would have returned. All fans are cleaned monthly apart from main vaulted ceiling fan as tower is brought in for that and high security light on entry. Guest read NOTHING sent to them or on the advert and even asked for door code just before getting there despite admitting it was sent to them. They did demand items we do not supply due to allergic reactions like cleaning products etc. We always re-iterate what we supply so if, like these guests you are only there a few days, you might want to pop a few bits in your luggage to save buying, like bin liners, a few dishwasher tablets etc.

Our 24 hour Guards stop unwanted intrusion and the resort is a beautiful place, peaceful with lots of natural wild life to watch especially the eagles nesting close to the villa. A pair at last.

Glad the cleaner found the wallet you left and we sent it back to you. Villa is 10 minutes from Disney straight down road, 7 miles, or quick way up 535 is less. Sea World is 15 minutes, Universal 20 minutes. Hope to see you all again soon Denise.

Fabulous home and location

A wonderful family home, exactly as described and beautifully presented. A great base for our family holiday in Orlando. Would definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

Happy family memories

Overall the Villa and property were tranquil and serene just what we needed as a family. The amenities offered added to a very lovely family vacation.

The villa is set in serene environment yet so close to everything you need like a 24/7 Super Walmart and so close to the Disney parks, one of the reasons we brought in this location and resort. Look forward to seeing you again.

Perfect family home

My family and I had a great time on our little adventure to the parks. We enjoyed our stay, comfortable, quiet, all the amenities needed. Jane was very responsive. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Good host and great house!

We stayed there for 12 days, very comfordable and clean house. great location, close to walmart, disney and outlets. Jane is very helpful and answear all questions soon - Great host.

We have always loved Orlando area which is why we brought a home here. We are retired grandparents and both our children and grandchildren love our home, items were carefully selected to make sure Guests, including younger ones, have what they need to make this a magical vacation. We have Special Needs children in the family and are pleased to help with travel and park advice for you.

Why they chose this property

We vacationed in Orlando for many years.One year we booked our own and found the best resort we had ever rented on and the best positioned Villa was for sale.
This villa was in such a lovely location and position on the Lake with the sun all day and stunning views of wild life to watch. I like to make it homely and have children feel how special a Disney vacation can be. This home has everything you could now wish for.

What makes this property unique

Our large extended pool deck has such wonderful views over the lake of eagles fishing or sand cranes with their babies, otters playing. The sun rise over the Lake is stunning. The peace and quiet is so tranquil it is hard to beleive Disney is so close. We offer everything from a large pool/ Spa that heats hotter than pool when pool heat paid for, to 5 King bedrooms with pillow top mattresses. Our two twin rooms have Disney murals are any childs dream and we even added characters to our game room to continue the magic.
