About this property

A paradise: finca (9p) with private heated swimming pool and lots of privacy and atmosphere

Finca Los Dioses is a former farm with a house (6 persons) and a separate small studio (for 2 people). The house has been extensively renovated (2015-2016) and now a fully-fledged house with a particularly pleasant atmosphere thanks to the authentic elements that have been preserved.

The house has an unexpectedly spacious interior and a lot of outdoor space, especially the roof terrace is one of the highlights of this house. There is also a sun terrace, a very large shaded terrace and pool terrace.
The swimming pool and the terrace were completed in March 2017. The swimming pool has been heated since 2018 d. m.v. solar panels. The pool can be closed for small children.

The casa has 3 bedrooms (with beds for 6 persons) and 2 large bathrooms with bath, shower and washing machine. The kitchen is very spacious and bright kitchen with all necessary equipment. It has besides seating, TV and DVD and a wood stove. There are games and books for all to make your stay!

The studio has an open kitchen / living room with all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, refrigerator, blender, toaster, microwave, plates, TV, DVD), evenings and a toilet on the ground floor, the master bedroom with shower and sink are located on the first floor. The bed is a large and sturdy 2-bed.

The casa and the studio are rented separately, but never at the same time (except for a group of up to 9 people). If you rent the casa, the studio is empty and closed. If you rent the studio than the casa is uninhabited and closed.

Los Dioses is a small hamlet with a few inhabited houses, located in a valley near Comares, a tourist attraction as one of the white villages in Andalucia. The house is on the road Comares - Colmenar, this is a narrow quiet road with only local traffic. The plot is around completely enclosed by a fence, so there is no danger to children (and / or possibly dogs) and no one can 'just' inside you .....

El trato con la propietaria ha sido exquisito, Mis momentos del dia han sido tomar un café en la azotea mientras amanece y una cerveza al caer la tarde, inigualables.
