Windsor Hills luxury townhouse

Our home is located in upscale Windsor Hills , a 24 hour gated security at the entrance. November 2016 the property has been completely refurbished to a high standard and a convenient place to return to after enjoying Orlando's many attractions.

We are Located 2.5 Miles from Disney World, 20 minutes from Universal Studios, 30 Minutes from Orlando International Airport, 50 Mins Sandford. Many restaurants closeby, plus the facility's at Windsor Hills are included in your stay. An Olympic sized Swimming pool, Water Slide, Spa and Fountain area for children, Tennis Courts, Volleyball, Basketball , Work Out room, Pool Table, Table Tennis, Video Arcade, 58 seat Movie Theater, Sundry Shop and Castle Themed Playground area.

The house is fully equipped plus our management is on hand 24 hrs to assist if needed. For further information please contact us. May 24 recently resurfaced pool.

Great property and great location

The property was perfect for our needs for our trip to the amusement parks. Plenty of space for our family of 4, great community amenities, easy check in/check out process, and quick and easy communication from the property manager. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place to Vacation

Windsor Hills was a great place to relax and close to all the major attractions. The owner of this townhome was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to resolve any issues. There was plenty of things to do to keep my grandchildren entertained. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

The house is a perfect location! The pool is small but known when booking, very clean and tidy and all home comforts you need. Just a very small note that the outside light doesn’t work - but didn’t bother us! Wonderful place to stay for the price, I would highly recommend

Great place!

We were familiar with the resort as we had stayed there before. This was our first time staying in the bigger condo with a private pool. Having your own small pool is ideal when you have kids for those quick swims. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Property was as advertised and accurate to photos of listing. Private dip pool, clubhouse and pool is a great bonus. Location is close to Disney and Universal. Do plan on bringing trash bags and paper goods, laundry detergent etc.

Great Disney vacation

Property was as described. Took my kids to Disney for a few days and they loved the place. Pool was warm for night swims. Super close to Hollywood studios, Galaxies Edge was the focus of our trip. Lots of shopping and restaurants close to the house. Would stay here again.

Great Accommodations!

My wife and I took our grandson to DisneyWorld and we stayed at this property for five days and six nights. The home has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It also has it's own pool! The home was very clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. It is also very close to all of the Orlando attractions. Samantha the owner was very responsive and the check in process was very easy. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice townhouse to stay at

The property was clean, except some dirt behind one of the headboards. The little pool was great to relax in and the kids loved it. The refrigerator needed replacement and when I came back from Disney the owner had had a brand new refrigerator installed. The property is very convenient to the theme parks and shopping . There are also many restaurants and other attractions very close to Windsor Hills. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay

I would stay here again. Home was clean, pool was great, location is awesome. Owners had great communication.Beds were comfortable However I wouldn’t consider this luxury, linens need to be replaced, very thin and worn and discolored. Appliances work but are dated. A large cutting board would be great instead of little 6x6 one. The lock box would be a great thing to update to a digital lock. But I would stay here again.

Great Location!!!

We were in Orlando for Disney World and really did enjoy this property. The location was so convenient, no more than 15 minutes from the Parks. The neighborhood was secure and quiet, which was nice to relax once we got back to rest and relax. Our kids enjoyed the pool in the backyard a lot. We could even see the fireworks at Disney from the pool. My only criticism is the home could be updated (carpets, bathroom vanities) and the unit could have been cleaned a little better. But overall, the location for Disney travelers makes this unit worth it, in my opinion.

Amazing visit!

Thank you for such a wonderful spring break trip. We love Windsor Hills and this was our first time in a smaller unit. Loved it!! Especially loved the plunge pool. Just the right size to float around. The patio furniture was so comfy. Early mornings with coffee were the best out by the pool! The condo is comfy and has everything you need. It was clean and exactly as described. It was a short walk to the clubhouse for air hockey and ice cream. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. Our host was fantastic! She communicated promptly and was wonderful about relaying information we would need. The home was comfortable but could use some updates. We loved and enjoyed the pool. It’s small but it’s really all you need. Our host was excellent about arrangements for heating the pool, also. Bed linens are old and don’t stay on beds but beds are comfortable. All and all this was well worth what we paid to stay and again, our host was excellent!

The overall stay was nice, the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The house was nicely decorated as shown but just a few minor things needs improvement. The master bedroom bathroom tub/shower had a clog and was clogging from arrival day Friday until check out Wednesday, the shower curtain was stained. The three Bathrooms were only supplied with 1 tissue, the house had one garbage bag. For a 5 night stay with 5 guest we had to then supply garbage bags and tissue. Also the towels were old and had stains. Also during the middle of our stay the housekeeper came and told us that check out was at 11 am on the wrong departure day.

Amazing Vacation Experience

This was the first time my family which includes me my husband my MIL and 2 daughters ages 7 & 4 have ever been to Orlando/Kissimee before. This townhouse was perfect beautifully decorated and everything we needed for a 7 night stay. The pool was great for the little ones to wake up at 7am and just swim and the resort amebities surpassed what I could have ever imagined they had different activies evey day for the kids from arts and crafts to glitter tattoos and tue theater was nice for those rainy times which in Florida happens at least once a day the marketside grille had great food for an even better price and Kasey and her husband Josh were so friendly and helped us with recommendations everyone there was helpful and kind the waterpark and slides kept my kids busy for hours and evwn me and my husband enjoyed the 2 waterslides more than a few times We are actually hoping to stay at this same property next year with our extended family as we loved it so much definitely worth it!!! ititititworthitit!!it!exteamilyfamilfrieno hoy had

the sliding glass door to the patio was extremely hard to open and the pool was dirty. the downstairs shower was dirty, and the master shower was broken aswell and the drawer front on the top left in that bathroom aswell. the lady who came to clean got there an hour early and just opened the door trying to rush us out. no extra trash bags or toilet paper.

Scam. Avoid this property at all cost

Home was ok, a little worn out. Outdated appliances, I.e. dishwasher that look from many years ago. But that’s not the important issue. Among the worn out signs, there were carpet stains, nothing important to us. One of them in an inaccessible place (between the bed and the nightstand) We asked for heated pool which we our extra, but ended only using the home to sleep at night and head to the parks again. The unpleasant surprise is the elaborated scam which took place after we left the house. We received photos of the stained carpet and were asked to pay for the cleaning as we are deemed responsible for it. Giving the pet the benefit of the doubt, I patiently explained the case to both the owner and VRBO, which seems to be useless in this type of scam, giving the owner the authority of making any charges at they discretion. Do yourself a favor and don’t end your vacation like this. AVOID THIS PROPERTY

FSU LSU game

Getting through the gate into the property took an hour. After being in the car for 7 hours sitting in line for an hour to get a parking pass was awful. Guest could have easily submitted their DL and tag online , a parking permit could be issued via email and printed at home. There is really no reason this needs to be done the way it currently is. I would also like to add that even after having our parking pass we STILL had to use the check in lane as they closed the lane for drivers with passes. Returning to the complex at 1am after a game and having to wait another 15 minutes to drive through the gate is ridiculous. This is a great community and our townhome was good but this check in process should definitely be re-vamped immediately. Additional feedback is due to paying a cleaning fee but being asked to strip beds and start laundry. I can see maybe starting a load of towels but stripping beds is asking a little much especially if your paying a cleaning fee. Overall nice community and home.
