Il Torrino is a beautiful country home, composed of a main house and an annex, sleeping 12 in its 6 double bedrooms with 6 bathrooms. The house, which has recently been restored maintaining beam ceilings and cotto floors, has internet connection and all the bedrooms have an en-suite marble bathroom. Outside it features a beautiful terrace equipped for outdoor as well as the fenced overflowing swimming pool from which there are magnificent views.

External Area and Swimming Pool
The outdoor spaces include a large garden, where is situated the irregularly-shaped 10 x 5 metre pool, fenced to make it inaccessible to very young children. The beautiful, quite singular covered terrace is equipped for outdoor dining and offers a truly spectacular view. The terrace is also very practical for families, since parents can relax while keeping a watchful eye on their children playing in the pool.Interior
The ground floor consists of an entryway, a living room with decorative fireplace opening on the garden, dining room, kitchen looking out to the covered terrace equipped for open-air dining, service bathroom.
Upstairs on first floor there are 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with bathtub and shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room with direct access to the stairs leading out-of-doors and with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Going up you access to the tower with 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
The guest house on ground floor has a living area with decorative fireplace, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom with bathtub.

Location
The nearby village of Volpaia (bakery, bar, tavern), today a renowned Chianti Classico centre, can be reached either by foot (1.3 km) or by car (2.5 km).

Services
The rental fee includes 12 hours per week of cleaning service, weekly change of bed and bath linens, Wi-Fi Internet access. On request and to be paid on the premises cooking courses, a personal cook, babysitting and extra housekeeping hours. A tennis court can be booked on request in the nearby village of Volpaia.

Important Information
The swimming pool is open from 15/05 through 30/09. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (guests arriving after 8:00 PM will be charged a 50.00 Euros additional fee; the surcharge for arrivals after 10:00 PM is 100.00 Euros). In any case, arrivals outside of normal hours must be communicated in advance. Pet accepted against payment of €49/week.Activities and Attractions
The village of Volpaia offers two excellent restaurants featuring true Tuscan cooking and the Fattoria Castello di Volpaia, whose wineries with centuries-old cellars truly worth a visit. Volpaia’s red and white wines, as well as its olive oil, are famous worldwide. In the village there is also a tennis court available for the guests. Il Torrino’s position makes it an ideal starting point for trips to the main Chianti-region towns such as Castellina, Greve and Radda and to the art cities of Florence and Siena.
