Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Generell war das Objekt okay, es waren aber viele Kleinigkeiten, die bei genauerer Betrachtung aufgefallen sind und teilweise auch störend waren. Eine Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht, die Spüle in der Küche war undicht, die Toilettenspülung lieg oft durch und im unteren Teil des Bads war Schimmel. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lieg soweit ganz gut. Def mehr eine Villa für den Sommer, wenn man den aussenbereich optimal nutzen kann.

Holiday Villa

The house was lovely, with attractive view from the roof terrace. Enjoyed swimming in the sea and the local restaurant served delicious paella. Only criticism was that some of the fixtures were in need of replacement.

Ein sehr ruhig, aber nicht abgelegenes, Ferienhaus für 6 bis 8 (!) Personen. Groß genug, um allen Bedürfnissen einer größeren Familie gerecht zu werden.
