We stayed for one night passing through on a road trip. The property was very clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. We appreciated all of the games and information that the host provided! If we come back through Blanding again, we will certainly stay here!
We came to Blanding to hike and it was a good decision. The scenery and the hiking are terrific. Our VRBO was excellent and we highly recommend it if you are planning a trip to the area. Dick is a very accommodating host. We got a chance to meet him and he was very friendly and helped us fix a problem we had.
Our family totally enjoyed our two night stay in Blanding to view the “ring of fire” eclipse. Saturday morning we used the comfortable outdoor chairs to watch the eclipse. Then several of us soaked in the nice hot tub. We appreciated the welcome basket, the comfortable furnishings, and the quiet neighborhood.
Excellent pit stop when touring the national parks!
Blanding is a great place to stop over if you are going in between places like Moab and Kanab.
Property is fine, but beware arriving at night; it's a private residence lot so it's super dark when you drive onto the property. Also we got there and there were 6 jeeps lined up taking all the spots, so you have to be creative.

Sorry if the lighting was an inconvenience we did have a few lights go out and ask out électrisions to replace them but like many things they are on order and we are waiting for them to come in. We are in a very quiet neighborhood and we have no problem with safety issues. There are lights on the front of the building. We have a big parking lot and have had no complaints about not having enough parking, again sorry for any inconvenience. Dick
We visited here for a quiet Christmas break intending to be away from malls, crowds and to enjoy peace and experience some of what nature has to offer in a non-NJ way. Dick was the perfect host and the condo was perfect for size, comfort and accessibility to many parks, ruins, wide open spaces and some of the most noteworthy scenery in the country. (The hot tub was a bonus). Condo was clean and communication was easy and effective at all times. We cannot think of anything that would need improvement. The inclusion of a Christmas tree in condo was a thoughtful and welcome touch. (Note for future renters-laundry facility on site is great, though you should bring quarters.)

Thank you Michael for staying with us we are glad you enjoyed your stay, best of wishes. Dick
We enjoyed our stay in Blanding as it is centrally located to several sites and national parks.
Our rental was clean and comfortable. The only minor thing that I was unaware of, and it may have been my mistake, is that I didn't realize the rental was a two-story apartment building. We had a handicapped senior citizen in our group, and our rental was on the second floor. Had I known or realized, I would have booked a first-floor unit.
Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable.
After a day on the trails, great to come back to a clean, spacious and quiet property. Best part of our stay was meeting Dick. Johnny-on-the-spot and a perfect gentleman.
Very convenient place to stay in Blanding. Had everything we were looking for. Owner was very friendly, helpful, and responsive to our issues, bbq propane ran out and it was replaced before we needed the grill again. Great place to stay in Blanding.
Loved the apartment, it was very cozy and the location was great for Fire House Ruin and Needles. Owner was there working on some outdoor projects and was very personable. Would stay again.
This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it. It has all the amenities we need and it is clean, comfortable and quiet.
Good beds! Thanks Dick for your hospitality. We will be back

Wonderful location! Newer 4 bedroom apartment, great amenities!
We had an excellent stay!! Newer, very clean, comfortably furnished 4 bedroom apartment. Wonderful amenities. Hot tub and grill which we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. Owner very pleasant, knowledgable and personable! Easy to reach and available for questions. Quant town with hometown restaurants, we really enjoyed the Patio. Great central location for our week; we visited arches national park, natural bridges, butler wash ruins, canyon lands, monument valley and Mesa Verde!
