In front of the villa the private garden and on its right side the beautiful swimming pool (size mt 12x5, depth mt 1,40, completely fenced - open from 01st May to 30th September) which both give an astonishing, panoramic view on the city of Arezzo and its valleys, a view which become even more striking in the night. The city centre is only 5 km away, there you will find all amenities and necessary services, besides museums, magnificent churches, cathedrals and monuments to be visited. The Farm Podere di Pomaio and the eco-friendly winery. The villa is placed inside the Farm of Pomaio, renowned winery that produces its excellent wines following the rules of eco-sustainability, and ranks among the 13 most beautiful Wineries of Design in Tuscany Region for the project Toscana Wine Architecture. The same 'Green' philosophy has been applied to the villa's restoration, and thanks to the used materials has a high class category of energy saving, both producing environmental benefits and allowing agreeable stays during all seasons. Abbiamo affittato Villa Leopoldina per passare il Capodanno tra amici. Struttura bellissima, spaziosa e con una vista mozzafiato. Il proprietario molto cortese, preciso, gentile e disponibile. All’arrivo ci ha accolto con le vivande per la colazione del giorno successivo ed una crostata. È stata un’esperienza molto positiva!! Consigliatissimo!!
